Enameled bucket and cardboard jugs for miniatures. How to make a toy bucket for a doll Bucket from cardboard

AUTHOR MK: Elena Nikitina

Materials and tools:

  • thin cardboard;
  • acrylic paints;
  • napkin with a small pattern;
  • wire;
  • thick threads;
  • wooden bead;
  • second glue, PVA glue;
  • scissors;
  • compass;
  • round nose pliers.

The height of the bucket without handle is 3 cm.

Using a compass, draw two circles with a radius of 11 cm and 8 cm. Draw a chord of 7.5 cm along the smaller circle. For the arms, two parts measuring 6 mm by 11 mm, rounded on one side.

Cut out the bucket parts from cardboard. You can use tea boxes, oatmeal etc.

Use instant glue to glue the part along the side seam.

Lubricate the bottom with glue so that a little glue goes inside the workpiece, place it on the cardboard according to size and press firmly. It is best to use thick PVA glue or Moment-gel.

After complete drying, cut the cardboard around the bottom circumference.

Coat a thick thread generously with PVA glue and glue it as shown in the picture.

Bend the parts for the arms and glue them symmetrically.

Use a thick needle or awl to make holes for the arms.

Paint acrylic paint. The thicker the paint, the better. For hardness, apply several layers to dry. To avoid brush marks, blend the last layer with a sponge.

The last outer layer can be any color.

Decorate the bucket with a design. You can glue a fragment from a napkin; to do this, tear out the design, peel off the top layer and glue it with PVA glue. If the background of the napkin does not match the color of the bucket, then make additional drawings.

Circle the rim of the bucket with black paint, imitate chips in places, and then apply spots of rust-colored paint on them.

After the drawing has dried, cover the entire bucket with several layers of varnish. You can use nail polish.

Make a handle.

Cut a 7.5 cm wire and bend it into an arc. Make a loop at one end with pliers, put on a cylindrical bead, and bend the other end at a right angle.

Insert the loop into the hole for the bow and tighten it.

Insert the second end at a right angle, use round pliers to make a loop and then install it in the hole of the bow and clamp it.

Fix the bead with glue.

The bucket is ready!

If you paint it with silver, you get a galvanized bucket.

Bucket in the interior:

Enameled jugs are made in the same way:

It is possible that many of you have been looking at bobbins from toilet paper and thought - where to use them. Today I suggest you make a small bucket out of it.

For this we need:

  • toilet paper spool
  • binding or beer cardboard
  • watercolor paper
  • stationery knife
  • white acrylic paint
  • 2 tailor's eye pins
  • wire, waxed cord, chain
  • or long pins (pins) with a ring - for a handle.

First, cut a cylinder of the required length from the bobbin. I made buckets 3.5 cm high, 3 cm high, and my daughter and I made 2 buckets from a bobbin divided in half.
Cut out a circle for the bottom from beer cardboard and cut vertical stripes for gluing the outside of the bucket. The width of these strips is 1 cm and several pieces are 0.8 cm each, because... the circumference turned out to be not a multiple of unity.

Glue the bottom end to end and remove excess glue. We cover the outside of the bucket with cut strips.

I left one bucket like that, and on the other I made an imitation of a screed - I cut out a 3 mm wide strip from flexible cardboard and glued it at a distance of 0.5 cm from the bottom edge.

I added “cloves” every other strip. To do this, I took the pins with the cap and cut them with wire cutters. I made through holes in the screed using a seam ripper. And then I stuck my “nails” into these holes, after dipping them in glue. If you want to make the inside of the bucket beautiful, then the nails should be very short. I plan to glue a piece of foam rubber inside and plant flowers on it, so I’m not worried about how it turns out on the inside.

Now you need to make the handle of the bucket. To do this, I use tailor's pins, dip them in glue and stick them between the strips.

It turns out like this.

For the handle itself, you can take a waxed cord, wire or chain. I took 2 long pins with a ring.

I formed a handle out of them, glued the junction of them a little and wrapped the middle of the handle with twine.

It turned out like this:

Now we do with it as we wish - you can simply paint it white or any favorite color. I painted it first Brown color, rubbed it with a candle, painted one bucket white, the other pale pink.

Then I rubbed it with sandpaper, almost done!

Second bucket in light pink color, with a chain as a handle.

I simply filled it with small roses.

I glued a piece of foam rubber into a white bucket and glued mini leaves and roses.

We made these 2 buckets together with our daughter, decorated with raffia and flower moss.

Not long ago, small decorative buckets appeared on sale. I really liked them. I didn’t buy them, but I thought about how to make them myself. I had an idea for a long time and thought about what material would be best to make a craft from. What to use, paper or metal? But the problem was solved the moment the eye fell on a 100 ml plastic cup in the store. It was from this that I made a beautiful miniature bucket.
If you want to repeat my master class, then prepare the following materials for work:

  • plastic cup (volume 100 ml);
  • thin wire;
  • a piece of thin metal sheet;
  • awl;
  • pliers;
  • small tube of superglue;
  • brush;
  • acrylic paints in three colors: white, black and blue;
  • napkin with a pattern;
  • PVA glue;
  • scissors;
  • toothpick;
  • play dough in orange, yellow and green shades;
  • openwork napkin.
So, to make a bucket you need to take a regular plastic cup with a volume of 100 ml. First, I washed it well with soap to degrease the surface.

To make a handle, you need to prepare a piece of thin flexible wire 8 cm long and a small piece of flat metal sheet.

I bent the wire into a half ring, and then used pliers to turn the ends in, forming loops. From a piece of metal I cut pen holders of any shape and made holes in them with an awl.

I combined the blanks and got this handle for my future bucket.

Using superglue I fixed it to plastic cup. The picture is already emerging!

Now the bucket needs to be coated with white acrylic paint outside and inside.

After the white paint had dried, I painted the outside with blue.

Enameled buckets usually have a design on them. I didn’t change traditions and looked for a suitable image. It was found on paper napkin. I cut out 2 cute ornaments and glued them on both sides of the container.

I painted the top rim and bottom of the bucket with black paint.
On the handle I made a rotating element characteristic of real buckets. Can be used wooden bead, but I made it from masking tape.

The enamel mini bucket is ready!

Where to apply it? In the decor of your favorite kitchen! I decided to fill it with pears and apples made from play dough.
I took three colors: green, orange and yellow.

After mixing all three it turned out beautiful colour which ripe fruits have.
Divide the dough into small pieces and make balls with a diameter of slightly more than 1 cm.

I made a hole in each ball with a toothpick.

"Bucket and mug for gnomes." Open lesson for making (modeling) crafts based on a cylinder

Purpose of the lesson: develop the ability to work with paper, taking into account its properties;

teach children to make a cylinder from a rectangular sheet of paper;

consolidate the skills of simultaneously cutting out two or more identical parts from paper folded several times;

Tasks: educational: clarify knowledge about the geometric figure of a cylinder; form the concept of decorating dishes; give the concept of “ornament”;

educational: develop the ability to work in a team, responsibility for the assigned work, a sense of belonging to the outside world, develop imagination, ingenuity, and attention;

Materials and tools:- rectangular sheets of paper (21x7) for making a mug; paper strips for pens; sheets of paper (21x13); scraps of colored paper; paper squares for making the bottom; pencils, colored pencils, scissors, brushes, paints, glue for paper.

Stages of work.

Organizational moment: Questions to activate attention:

1. What dishes cannot be filled? (full).

2. If you pour water out of a glass, what remains in the glass? (air).

Report the topic of the lesson.

Safety rules at work.

Main part:

Game motivation (emotional mood):

Guys, I received a letter, it was from the gnomes. I read the line, and it immediately disappeared. So the entire letter disappeared. There was only one word “thank you” left on it, and the image of one gnome. I will tell you a story that I learned from the letter and remembered. What happened to the gnomes?

“Every morning, gnomes, like us, wash themselves. They bring water from the river in a bucket. Then one gnome scoops water from a bucket with a mug and pours it on the other, and then vice versa. One evil forest slob and dirty woman saw them. She took and drowned the buckets and mugs in the river. “Let the gnomes be as slobs as I am,” she decided.

The gnomes woke up in the morning, looking for buckets and mugs, but they couldn’t find them. They guessed whose tricks it was and began to burn. They are not used to being dirty! So they wrote letters and sent them everywhere. Maybe someone will help them out. That's the story."

Let us, guys, help out the gnomes! Let's make new buckets and mugs for them! And the gnomes will be able to wash themselves!

Imagine that you are in a magic workshop. You are real craftsmen, and I am your master assistant. There are small blue objects in front of you. It's geometric volumetric figures- cylinders.

Let me remind you that a cylinder has a side surface and two bases.

Questions: 1. How to fold a rectangular piece of paper correctly to form a cylinder? (connect the smaller sides using an overlapping method);

2. The base of the cylinder - what is the geometric figure? (circle);

3. How to glue the base to the side surface of the cylinder?

Showing working methods:

Guys, be careful, perform technological operations correctly, observing safety rules when working with hand tools:

1. Take a rectangle and place the long side towards you;

2. Bend a narrow strip of 1.5 cm in size from below, in a “pull away” manner (use a ruler; be sure to press the fold line with closed scissors for a clear fold of the paper; iron the fold line);

3. Slightly smooth this strip of paper in the opposite direction and cut with a wide fringe or cut with “teeth” to the fold line (this technique is very important when making crafts from a cylinder);

Questions: 1. Why did we make fringe or “teeth”? (to glue the bottom of the craft):

2. Why did we cut out the fringe or “teeth”? (to glue the bottom);

3. Where should I fold the fringe? (inward);

4. Shall we decorate the mugs and buckets?

5. Which side of the rectangle will we decorate? (fringe inside);

Well done, now put the part aside.

Phys. pause: You did a good job. Let's take a little rest! (relaxation exercises and finger exercises are offered);

Let's continue our lesson.

Several thousand years ago, while admiring nature, people noticed the variety of shapes and colors of the surrounding world: patterns on the wings of butterflies and snakes, various plants and much more. Nature has become the source for creating jewelry. Man has always decorated and continues to decorate himself, his home, clothes, dishes.

Dishes used to be made of clay, wood, tin, silver and even gold. Porcelain was invented in ancient China. The secret of his invention was kept for a very long time. It came to Russia only in the 18th century. Porcelain and earthenware began to be decorated in different ways.

Question: Who knows how to decorate dishes?

The dishes are painted by hand - decorated with paintings. There are several varieties of it. Very beautiful painting white with all shades of blue - Gzhel. You studied painting in an art lesson (connection with art lessons);

In modern production, dishes are decorated with decals, using a stencil and other methods. Often the decoration of the dishes is an ornament. Ornament is a pattern in which alternate different elements: dots, circles, lines, leaves, flowers, fruits and others. Ornament, translated from Latin, means decoration. Ornaments are geometric when they alternate geometric figures, and plant, when plant elements alternate.

I suggest you consider different kinds ornaments.

Let's move on to the next stage of work.

Consider options for decorating your products. Do everything carefully. Color range Our Fun Watercolors will help you choose. (visual material).

Question: 1. How can you cut out several identical parts at once for an ornament?

Right. Fold the strip into an accordion shape. One piece of the ornament should fit on one fold of the accordion. How many additions, so many details can be obtained. Cut out the ornament detail.

2. What is more convenient to decorate a craft: by gluing it or on an unfolded cylinder?

3. Where should the fringe be directed?

In this master class we will show how to make a toy bucket on a small scale, which children should like, and they will be happy to include it in the plots of games with. And the author of this video decided to make it after he liked what came with the kit.

Necessary details.

You will need the following:

– thick foil, the donor of which can be a tube of mustard;

– thin wire;

– ordinary scissors, pliers;

– super glue, tape;

- stencil.

Steps to create a toy bucket.

For convenience, you can glue the paper stencil to the foil with tape. Next, cut along the marked lines. If desired, you can also use other material. For example, thick cardboard or aluminum cans from drinks.

Now we are slightly modifying the place for attaching the future handle and making holes for it. The foil is soft and a collet knife can handle this easily. You can use either the handle of a collet knife or any other round object of suitable diameter. We wrap the workpiece around. Our bucket is almost ready.

We check that the bottom is suitable. And if everything is fine, you can start gluing. First the walls, and then the bottom of the bucket.

The next step is making the handle. To do this, take the wire and bend it to the desired shape using pliers. All that remains is to insert the handle into the holes and clamp the ends.

If desired, it can be slightly deformed or wrinkled. In total, the work took about 16 minutes. It looks much better than plastic. We get this bucket.
