1) a working pensioner applies in June 2017, then a certificate of income is provided from June 2016 to May 2017;
2) a pensioner who has not worked since August 2016, if applying in June 2017, in addition to the work book, provides a certificate of income from the previous place of work for the period from June 2016 to the day of dismissal.
3) pensioners who have not worked for more than 1 year, according to general requirements.

Providing monthly payments for pensioners of the district in the amount of 2,708 and 3,100 rubles will remain for those whose individual monthly income is less than three times the subsistence minimum established in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug per capita; today this amount is 62,019 rubles. Individual income is calculated from the amount state pension, wages, compensation and social payments, as well as income from business activities of the applicant personally, excluding the income of his family members.
If a citizen does not re-register before July 1, 2017, the payment will be suspended. A recipient who re-registered before September 30, 2017 will be paid in October for three months at once (July, August, September).
