Circular knitting needles on a 1 m line. No. 3.75

Dimensions: width - 50 cm, height 73 cm, sleeve length 38 cm. Armhole width 20 cm.

The density of knitting is 24 loops per 10 cm. I did not consider the height, therefore. what I tried on in the knitting process.

How to calculate your knitting density to determine the number of loops for a product

Openwork pattern - scheme

Knitting front and back

The shelves and back were knitted with one fabric.

For knitting, I scored 247 loops 3 aykord loops 241 elastic loop and 3 aykord loops.

First, I tied an elastic band 1 front 1 purl 18 rows.

Then I switched to knitting a pattern: 3 aykord loops, 241 pattern loops and 3 aykord stitches.

In height, I tied 11 reports of the pattern in height to the armholes. Then I divided the knitting into three parts so as to form the cutouts for the armholes.

Having divided the knitting, I first started to knit the back. I knitted 4.5 reports of the pattern and made a cutout for the neckline. I reshomed the 24 central loops on a separate knitting needle (pin) and continued to knit the back in separate parts in a height of another 0.5 of the pattern. Then I left the loops on the knitting needle and began to knit the shelves.

I knitted each shelf separately 5 reports of the pattern in height. Then I crocheted the loops of the front and back.

How to crochet the back and shelves with open loops

Along the edges of the shelves, I still had loops for the slats (16 p. Half of the report in width) and I already knitted them separately, tying the necklines on the back to the loops in every 2nd row.

In the center of the neckline, I knitted three loops together to the top so that an imitation of a seam was obtained.

Knitting sleeves

For the sleeves from the armholes, I scored 96 loops (4 report of the pattern), knitted the desired length along the kurugu without subtraction. I determined the length of the sleeve by fitting.
Reduced at the end to 64 loops and tied 4 cm of 1x1 elastic bands.

How to close the loops on the sleeves

Mohair is a favorite yarn of many fashionistas and a truly unconquered pinnacle of most admirers of knitting, because working with this yarn is quite difficult and requires increased attention. Pullovers, cardigans, blouses, hats, stoles, jackets or snoods - all this will look original if you choose mohair for knitting.

This yarn attracts novice needlewomen with its beauty and characteristic visual and tactile qualities - airiness, softness, weightlessness, and professional knitters love this yarn from the wool of angora goat for the ability to perform interesting work and complex patterns.

The versatility of mohair is not only in a rich color palette, because this yarn perfectly absorbs colors, but also in the comfort of wearing both in the cold season and in the warm: in winter it warms up and does not freeze, and in summer it absorbs moisture and protects from overheating. And the most pleasant quality of the yarn, which is why many choose for knitting, is hypoallergenic- it does not irritate even the most sensitive skin. It is important to know that often mohair includes no more than 83% of the wool of the angora goat, the rest of the composition is supplemented with sheep wool, silk, acrylic.

This soft material is divided into three subtypes:

  • Kid Mohair- the most delicate thin mohair, which is preferred when knitting openwork products;
  • Gatling - denser yarn obtained from kids up to two years old, which is selected for dense patterns for a variety of knitted items;
  • Adult Mohair- dense thick threads that are good at working with simple coarse knits.

The final result depends on the choice of yarn, because if you choose dense mohair for delicate patterns, the product will look inorganic, and most likely you will not want to wear it.

Knitted mohair models with knitting needles - schemes and description

Professionals say that almost any model of clothing can be knitted from mohair, as long as you find the correct diagrams and a description of the course of work. Knitting with mohair needles can be greatly facilitated, using the golden rule: use thin knitting needles for thin yarn, large knitting needles for thick ones. The tension of the mohair threads must be constant, otherwise the result will be uneven, loose and stretched garment.

A fundamentally important point in this work is the correctly selected pattern and description of knitting from mohair with knitting needles. Let's try to consider several options for schemes of varying degrees of complexity for different clothing models.

We knit an openwork pattern according to the scheme and description:

1 decrease: remove 1 p. As the front one, knit the next loop with the front one and pull the removed loop through the knitted one.
Stripes: Knit on needles # 4 - 12 p. openwork pattern with yarn 2 in 1 thread, then on needles No. 3.5 - 12 p. openwork pattern with yarn 1 in 1 thread. Repeat these 24 rows.
Knitting density: 22 p. X 30 p. = 10 x 10 cm, connected with an openwork pattern (according to the scheme) with the effect of stripes.

We carry out work:

Start from the neck. On circular knitting needles No. 2.5 with yarn 2 in 2 threads, dial 142 (150) 150 (158) 158 sts and knit 2 p. In a circle. purl. Then knit in only 1 thread.

Go to circular knitting needles # 3. Mark the beginning of the raglan increases: from right to left, count 45 (47) 47 (49) 49 points (= back), mark the next 2 points, count 23 (25) 25 (27) 27 points (= right sleeve), mark the following 2 sts, count 44 (46) 46 (48) 48 sts (= before), mark next 2 sts, count 23 (25) 25 (27) 27 sts (= left sleeve), mark first and last sts row.

Important:

Perform the next circular row on circular needles # 3, then switch to circular needles # 4 and complete the 1st strip of yarn 2.

Continue knitting in a circle with an openwork pattern (distribute the pattern for each part separately). 1st p. openwork pattern start and finish (for back, front and sleeves) according to the arrows on the diagram.

At the same time, perform ragged increases - 1 increase on both sides of the 2 marked loops = a total of 8 increases in a row.

Repeat regular increments in every 2nd p. On the marked loops, knit with the front stitch. Include the added loops in the pattern as soon as possible (before that, knit them with the front satin stitch). At the same time knit stripes, changing knitting needles and yarn (see above). Continue stripes until the end of the product.

In total, perform 26 (28) 30 (32) 34 ragged increases on each side = 98 (104) 108 (114) 118 points for the back and front and 77 (83) 87 (93) 97 points for sleeves. The number of loops includes 2 marked loops, which are taken into account when counting loops for each part.

Leave the sleeve loops temporarily and continue working on the back and front loops.

Back and front:

Knit on circular needles in a circle. On both sides, cast on 3 (4) 6 (6) 8 sts for armholes = on the needles 202 (216) 228 (240) 252 sts and continue working in a circle.

Knit stripes with an openwork pattern on those loops that can enter the pattern - there can be loops on both sides that will not fit into the pattern, knit on them with the front satin stitch. Knit until 8 rapports of stripes are made from the neck in total (= 12 p. Openwork pattern with yarn 2, 12 p. Pattern with yarn 1 = only 24 p., Knitted 8 times). The last strip is knitted with yarn 1. Close the loops.

Sleeves:

Number of loops = 77 (83) 87 (93) 97 sts, knit with needles No. 4 in rows in forward and backward directions. At the beginning and end of the row, cast on 2 (2) 3 (3) 4 loops for armhole = 81 (87) 93 (99) 105 loops.

Continue working in rows in forward and backward directions. Knit stripes with an openwork pattern on those loops that can enter the pattern - there can be loops on both sides that will not fit into the pattern, knit on them with the front satin stitch. All rows start and end faces. chrome. loop.

After 2 cm from the armhole, begin to perform decreases at the beginning and at the end of the next person. row: persons. chrome chrome.

Repeat the decrease in every 10th p. (8th p.) Alternately in each 6th p. and in every 8th p. (in every 6th p.) alternately in every 4th p. and in every 6th p. - in total, perform 13 (16) 18 (21) 23 times = 55 (55) 57 (57) 59 p.

Knit until 8 rapports of stripes are completed (= 12 p. Openwork pattern with yarn 2, 12 p. Pattern with yarn 1 = total 24 p., Knitted 8 times), as on the back and front, + 1 additional strip of yarn 2. Sleeve length from armhole = 44 cm. Close all loops.

Knit the second sleeve in the same way.

Assembling the mohair sweatshirt:

Sew sleeve seams. Sew the sleeves in the lower sections into the armholes. Tie the neckline 1 r. conn. Art. yarn 2 in 1 thread. Wash the product, lay it out and leave to dry.

Mohair pullover - master class for beginners

A simple mohair knitted pullover will always come in handy. In addition, this loose cut hides any flaws in the figure, and how it warms, despite the delicacy!

The pullover can be knitted in the following sizes: 38/42

This will require: Yarn (43% natural wool, 22% silk, 22% mohair, 13% yak wool; 150 m / 25 g) - 200 g col. rosewood; circular needles No. 4.

Patterns and schemes

Openwork pattern: The number of loops is a multiple of 18 + 11 + 2 edging = knit acc. scheme. It shows the front rows. In the purl rows, knit all loops with purl or acc. Instructions, knit yarns constantly with purl.

Start with 1 edge and loop before the rapport, repeat the rapport constantly, end with loops after the rapport and 1 edge. Repeat rows 1-16 continuously.

Patent edge: In the front row, knit 2 loops with the front ones, in the purl row, remove 2 loops as purl, while pulling the thread before work.

Elastic: Even number of loops = in the front and back rows between the hem, knit alternately 1 front, 1 purl.

Knitting density: 20 p.x 33.5 rubles = 10 x 10 cm.

Important: Due to the large number of loops, we recommend knitting on circular needles in rows in the forward and backward direction. Pullover knit in a single fabric without shoulder seams, starting from the back. Arrow on pattern = knitting direction.

Pattern

We carry out work:

Cast on 102 loops on the needles for the back and for the strap tie 7 cm with an elastic band, while finishing with 1 front row and in this last front row, evenly distributing, add 19 p. = 121 p.

Then, first, knit 1 purl row with purl. This series is not taken into account in subsequent calculations.

Continue working with an openwork pattern.

After 15 cm = 50 rows from the initial row, add 1 x 1 p. For the side bevel on both sides, then in each 2nd row 30 x 1 p. Acc. pattern = 183 p.

After 55 cm = 184 rows from the initial row, the shoulder line is reached.

After that, leave the last 91 loops for the left shelf and on the first 92 loops of the row continue to work for the right shelf as follows: edge, 90 sts with an openwork pattern, add 1 front crossed from the transverse thread and this loop, as well as the last loop of the row, knit further with a patent edge on 2 loops = 93 p.

After 54.5 cm = 183 rows from the shoulder line, i.e. after the front row, leave the loops.

Then turn on the left 91 stitches for the left shelf and knit in a mirror image, while in the 1st row along the right edge (= the edge of the neck) add 2 sts = 93 sts.

After 54.5 cm = 183 rows from the shoulder line, also leave loops.

Then knit 1 purl row with a single fabric on both shelves as follows: knit 67 loops of the left shelf, place the first 26 loops of the right shelf behind the last 26 loops of the left shelf and constantly knit 1 loop of the right shelf with 1 loop of the left shelf together with the purl, then knit the remaining 67 loops of the right shelf = 160 p.

After 55 cm = 184 rows from the shoulder line, knit for the strap with an elastic band, while in the 1st row, evenly distributing, subtract 58 sts = 102 sts. With a strap width of 7 cm, close all loops according to the pattern.

Assembly:

Sew the side seams, while leaving the upper 22 cm open for the armholes.

Fashion Detail: wide boat neckline, the depth of which can be changed.
The size 42 (46). Differing data for the larger size are indicated in brackets (the pattern is given in Fig. 2)
Material: 300 (350) g
Patterns:
- front surface
- openwork according to the scheme
- elastic band 3x3
Back. Cast on 74 (84) sts on the needles and knit an even fabric with the front stitch. After 27 cm from the bottom edge of the part, go to the openwork pattern and knit another 6 cm.Then, for the side bevels of the armholes, reduce along the edges of the canvas 1 p. In each row 4 times through a row - 10 times. When the height of the knitted fabric reaches 43 cm, leave the loops of the last row (there are 46 of them on the knitting needle) and reshoot on pins, break the thread.
Front tie like a back.
Sleeves. Cast on 54 stitches on the needles and knit with the front stitch 40 cm.Then go to the openwork pattern and knit another 6 cm, then proceed to the design of the bevels. Perform them as on the back. Leave the stitches of the last row (26) open and re-pin. Tie the second sleeve in the same way.
Assembly. Join back and front with sleeves along the raglan lines. Then complete the side seams and sleeve seams. Remove the open loops along the neckline from the pins to the knitting needles and knit a 10 cm high bar with an elastic band in a circle. Close the loops of the last row in a straight line, without tightening. Bend the bar to the wrong side and carefully sew on the base. The neckline will look "branded" if you arrange it like this: fold the bar over to the front side of the sweater, stitch the open loops along the base of the bar. You can insert a very thin, color-coded hat gum inside the strap.

The above calculation of the loops, thanks to the free silhouette of the pullover, is suitable for three sizes.
You will need: yarn (75% mohair, 25% polyamide, 80 m / 25g) - 425 g yellow-pink; knitting needles number 4.5; short circular needles number 4.
Elastic: alternately 2 facial, 2 purl.
Front surface: front rows - front loops, purl rows - yenan loops.
Knitting density: 18 p x 25 p. - 10 x 10 cm.
Back: dial 146 sts and knit 3 cm with an elastic band, continue working with the front satin stitch. For narrowing, in the 7th p. knit the front surface of the 29th and 30th stitches together, knit the front, 117th and 118th stitches together with a tilt to the left (= 1 st. remove as in front knitting, 1 st. loop), mark the resulting loops. These decreases (the marked loop and the previous, respectively marked loop and the next one knit together) repeat 22 times in each next 6th row = 100 p.After 60 cm from the bottom edge of the part, close on both sides for armholes 1 time 3 p., 2 times 2 p. and 3 times 1 p. in each 2nd p. = 80 p. Knit straight. After 78 cm from the bottom edge of the part, close the middle 26 points for the neckline and finish both sides separately. To round off the cutout, close at every 2nd p. 1 time 3 p. And 1 time 2 p. Then close the remaining 22 p. Of the shoulder.
Front: knit like a back, but only after 58 cm from the bottom edge of the part for the V-neck, divide the work in the middle and finish both sides separately. To bevel the cutout, subtract alternately in every 2nd p. and the next 4th p. 18 times, 1 st. After 80 cm from the bottom edge of the part, close the remaining 22 sts of the shoulder.
Sleeves: dial 38 sts and knit faces. satin stitch. For bevels, add 1 st on both sides 18 times in each 4th p. = 74 p. At a height of 32 cm, close on both sides for an okat 1 time 3 p., 1 time 2 p. And 3 times 1 p. In each 2nd p., 5 times 1 p. In each 4- m r., 1 time 1 p., 1 time 2 p., 1 time Z p., 1 time 4 p. and 1 time 5 p. in each 2nd p. Then close the remaining 18 sts. For the shuttlecock, dial 38 sts along the lower edge of the sleeve and knit with an elastic band (start and finish with an edge loop). At a height of 2 cm in each purl, add 1 p. (= 47 sts), at a height of 3 cm in each front track, add 1 p. (= 56 sts), at a height of 4 cm in each purl, add 1 p. (= 65 p.), at a height of 5 cm in each front track, add 1 p. (= 74 p.). Knit in a new rhythm - alternately 4 persons, 4 out. Tying a shuttlecock 10 cm wide, close the loops.
Assembly: perform seams. Sew on the sleeves, slightly seated. For the collar, dial 119 sts along the edge of the neckline and knit on circular knitting needles 2 r. facial and 1 p. out. loops, while in the 1st and 2nd p. in the middle of the front, knit 3 sts together, as well as in the 3rd p. close the middle loop of the front = 114 p. Tie 2 more p. front satin stitch and 14 cm elastic, then close the loops.
