Round 2: *K2. (through the front wall), purl 1 *. Repeat * until the end of the circle.

Repeat rounds 1 & 2 until the torso is 6 (7.8) cm (end with round 1).
Place the markers in this way: from the marker which means the beginning and end of the circle, knit 22 (23, 24) loops, marker, knit 44 (46, 48) loops, marker.

Start with a marker that marks the beginning and end of the circle and work with a twisted rib (2x1) up to 3 stitches before the first marker. Cast off 6 stitches as per pattern (remove marker), then continue with twisted rib for 3 stitches to second marker. Cast off 6 stitches according to pattern (remove marker). Continue knitting with a twisted elastic until the end of the round. Do not cut the working thread. Place the dress to the side for now. Let's start knitting the sleeves.

Sleeves:

Both sleeves are knitted at the same time. With the first skein of thread, cast on 34 (35, 36) loops. Then on the same circular needle, using the second skein of thread, cast on another 34 (35, 36) loops. Knit the sleeves with a twisted elastic band.
After 2.5 cm we begin adding loops as follows:

(Knit side): [add 1 stitch on each side of the sleeve on the knit side. side every 3 rows] x 6 (48, 49, 50 sts). We add loops by knitting the first and last loop through the front and back walls.
Wrong side: p2, k1

Work with a twisted rib until the sleeve is 12.5 (12.5, 13) cm long. This is 3/4 length. If you want a longer or shorter sleeve, then knit to the length you like.
On faces side close 3 loops, knit to the end of the row. Repeat the same on the wrong side. (42, 43, 44 p). Cut the thread leaving a tail approximately 50 cm long.

Connecting the dress and sleeves:

Starting with a marker that marks the beginning and end of the circle, knit 19 (20, 21) stitches according to the pattern, place a marker, knit 42 (43, 44) stitches of the first sleeve according to the pattern, place a marker, now knit the next 38 (40, 42) stitches according to the pattern ) loops of the dress, place a marker, knit 42 (43, 44) loops of the second sleeve according to the pattern, place a marker, and knit the last 19 920, 21) loops of the dress according to the pattern.
You should have 160 (166, 172) stitches on circular needles.
Do not join for knitting in the round. The dress will be knitted in rows.
Knit the next row purlwise. sleeve side.

From now on we knit rows as follows :

Row 1 (front side): Remove the first loop without knitting. Next we knit with a twisted elastic band as before up to 3 loops to the marker: we knit 2 loops together as knit., k1., throw the marker over, knit 1., remove one loop without knitting, knit the next one as knit., put the removed one on it. , then knit with a twisted elastic band up to 3 loops to the marker.... and so on.

Row 2 (wrong side): Remove the first loop without knitting. Next we knit the knit stitches as knits and purl stitches. as out.
Repeat rows 1 and 2 until you have 56 (62, 68) stitches left. On the right side, close the loops according to the drawing.
Crochet one row across the back neckline. Make 3 buttonholes.

Treatment:

Sew up sleeves and armpits. Hide the ponytails. Sew buttons. Steam the lace hem until it straightens out.
Take photos and show off.

Method 2 (my amendments to d And I’ll tell you how I knitted this dress myself for the first time):

Everything is knitted as in Method 1 until we attach the sleeves to the dress.
I didn't cut out the back. I just finished decreasing with raglan after 72 (78, 84) stitches.
Then I knitted the collar with garter stitch for 4 rounds. I closed the loops on the wrong side. circle as purl.

Method 3 (my amendments to the design, how I knitted this dress myself for the second time):

Everything is knitted as in Method 1 until we begin to reduce the stitches on the skirt by half (i.e. Next round: *2 stitches together as knit.* until the end of the round (88, 92, 96 loops)).

After that, I put the skirt aside and started knitting the body with raglan from top to bottom.
Cast on 70 (74, 74) stitches
Place markers after 24 (26), 11, 24 (26), 11 loops..
Knit 4 rounds in garter stitch, and then start adding raglan stitches.
Add loops until the number of loops on the skirt is equal (front + back).
Throw the sleeve loops onto the auxiliary thread.
If you get 1-2 extra loops, that's okay. This can be easily compensated for when connecting the torso to the skirt.
Bind off the stitches on the skirt and body using the third needle.
Knit the skirt and body loop together as you close.
Pick up the sleeve stitches on a circular needle or double needles and knit with a twisted elastic band, decreasing stitches as you go (i.e., reverse order of method 1).
Knit the last 4 rounds in garter stitch, cast off. circle as purl.

This knitted dress advantageously emphasizes the figure due to the longitudinal pattern with braids and the fitting made with increases and strangles between the braids, such a pattern visually stretches and slims.

Girls, I suggest you knit one dress of your choice, or maybe both at once for your little fashionistas! So far I have looked at two dresses, but perhaps the choice will expand. I will be glad to see everyone who wants to take part in this marathon! I like to gather a pleasant company with similar interests

Description of crocheting and knitting a dress for a girl:

You can also knit with regular knitting needles, in which case you will need to knit the outermost edge loop (it will go into the seam). Thus, the repeat will be 20 loops, and the 21st loop in the pattern is an edge loop. Between the repeats in the first row there should be one front loop (for even rows - purl).

Assembling a dress for a girl crocheted and knitted:

Crochet the edge of the back neckline with 1 stitch next to it. b/n and simultaneously make 3 small buttonholes along the second edge. Sew to the other edge of the button.
This is my "sample"! It wasn't so simple with this pattern description, or maybe I just don't like descriptions without patterns... I'm going to knit this dress for 3-4 years and therefore I'll increase the size by adding loops at the beginning in pattern A... For This will increase the length of the yoke. SO! Everything is clear with the pattern now, I’ll now think about how many stitches I should start knitting for the hem
I have 10 skeins of Jeans YarnArt yarn.
My dress:
I cast on 260 stitches on circular needles. Knitted 12 rows of garter stitch. Bottom width - 49 cm.
Then I knitted an openwork motif according to the pattern with rows 1-17:

After knitting the 18th row, I continued knitting, repeating only
Rows 17-18.
At the same time, I made cuts like this: I have already knitted 15 cm and knitted 3 times two loops together with an inclination alternately to the left and to the right in each strip... That is, three cuts were made.

Knitted 22 cm. It took two skeins of Jeans:

At a height of 30 cm from the beginning of knitting, I have 8 stitches left in each strip, 1 yarn over, 2 loops along with a tilt to the right... The width at the top is 27 cm, at the bottom - 49 cm.

There will be a hidden dress zipper here.. There are 130 stitches left on the knitting needles + 2 edge stitches..

I knitted without shortening to a height of 45 cm. At this stage I used exactly 3 skeins of yarn. Started separate knitting sleeves I plan for 4/3 sleeves or up to the elbow. I’m improvising, so I don’t know for sure yet.

Sleeve for a peach dress
I cast on 63 stitches and knit 10 rows in garter stitch. Next I knitted an openwork pattern according to the pattern

The width at the bottom is 23 cm, the height is 20 cm. I started knitting the sleeve at 63 stitches. As a result, there should be 59 stitches left on the knitting needles.

TO BE CONTINUED
When both sleeves were knitted, I joined them to the base of the dress in the place where the yoke with leaves would begin: I took the main fabric of the dress and knitted 35 loops in the front row from the edge. Then I took the sleeve and began to knit the loops of the sleeve to the main fabric. Then I started knitting the loops of the main fabric again. HERE I DON’T REMEMBER HOW MANY PILES I LEFT ON THE FRONT, SO FROM THE REMAINING LOOPS SUBTRACT 35 P. (this should be about 60 loops) - this will be the front, after knitting it you will need to attach the second sleeve again.

This marks where I started to attach the first sleeve:

After joining the sleeves and knitting a purl row, I started knitting the yoke with openwork pattern, like on the hem of a dress according to the first big pattern.

After the pattern was knitted from rows 1-18, I started knitting the “leaves” pattern according to the same pattern, only from rows 19-30... At the same time, to increase the length of the yoke for my size 3-4 years, I made decreases in the leaf not in every second row as in the diagram, but in every fourth row:

WHEN I KNITTED THE LAST 12 ROWS OF A GARNIER STITCH YOKE, AT THE END OF THE FIRST ROW I CAST ON 6 LOOPS SO THAT I COULD LATER MAKE A BUTTON LOOP IN AN LAP. I KNITTED THE LOOP LIKE THIS: IN THE 4TH shawl ROW I KNITTED 2 LOOPS FROM THE EDGE, 1 YOOP, 2 LOOPS TOGETHER. NEXT I KNITTED IN SQUARE STITCH.

When I closed the yoke loops in the last row, I started sewing the sleeves and zipper. I always sew on a regular sewing machine.
ON THE BACK I SEWED A USUAL HIDDEN ZIPPER ON THE BACK, JUST AS A USUAL ZIPPER... THAT IS, I DID NOT FOCUS ON THE COMPLETE SECRET OF THE ZIPPER, SO TO SAY, BECAUSE THE KNITTED FABRIC WILL NOT ALLOW THIS TO BE DONE. AND IN THE CONVENTIONAL SEWING TECHNIQUE, SUCH A ZIPPER LOOKS MUCH BETTER THAN A REGULAR ZIPPER ON KNITTED PRODUCTS.

Later I’ll post a photo with the dress on its owner))))))
I hope you will like it! Good luck to all!!!
:goodluck
I am posting the promised photo of the dress on its owner:

I will have 2.5 circular knitting needles... I'm trying a pattern...
Here is a video of crossed loops:

The first thing that didn’t suit me in the original description was the diagram! Too confusing and unusual... I decided to remake it to fit what I’m used to symbols. As soon as I figure it out, I’ll show you... Having also tried crossed loops on my threads, I came to the conclusion that I will simply knit this place stockinette stitch, it will look more gentle. I wish you all good luck in your endeavors! I went to continue...
HOORAY!!! I HAVE FIGURED OUT THE PATTERNS FOR THE LAST DRESS No. 5)))))
YOU CAN SAY THAT I KNITTED AND WRITTEN THEM MYSELF... HERE ARE THE PATTERNS...
