Day of self-government in preschool educational institutions

Any pedagogical system Without the participation of parents it will not be viable. It is important to find a form of communication with parents in which mutual understanding and mutual assistance in solving problems of education and development are possible. To establish contact with parents, we decided to hold Self-Government Day at the preschool educational institution. On this day, parents were invited to try themselves as educators. They had the opportunity to take part in the organization, and then independently carry out direct educational activities, regime moments(morning exercises), organize children’s independent activities, visit the teachers’ shoes and look at the life of the kindergarten “from the inside.”

We organized a mini-council with future teachers: we introduced them to the mode of life of children in kindergarten, with the responsibilities of a teacher, with instructions on protecting the life and health of children, on safety precautions when conducting classes, on fire safety. “Educators-mothers” were given recommendations on the use of various methods and techniques to carry out the selected routine moment. They took a very responsible approach to compiling notes directly - educational activities, prepared everything necessary for the event.

This was a new matter not only for parents, but also for teachers. That's why everyone was worried. It was decided to observe the process as if from the outside, without interfering, but at the same time, helping parents organize this or that type of children's activity.

And so, on April 5, 2017, the moment of truth came for parents: what is it like to be a teacher?

At first glance, everything was as usual: exercises, educational activities, a walk. But! All these regime moments were carried out not by teachers, but by parents.

Exercise seems unusual and exciting if it is carried out by Maxim’s mother, Anna Vitalievna. She gave instructions to the children confidently and clearly. The preschool children were collected and disciplined while performing the exercises.

Maxim proudly told all the children: “Today my mother is a teacher!”

It’s great to paint with Vanya’s mother, Olga Nikolaevna, especially since she chose an unconventional technique. Instead of a brush, the children from the pre-school group used a sponge and yarn. The lilac branches turned out to be unusually beautiful, which together formed a large fragrant bush.

The children and teachers of the preparatory school group were delighted with the story of Irina Petrovna, Fedya’s mother, about the profession of a hairdresser. She talked about her assistant tools and showed how they work.

Her son Fedor is already taking his first steps in this profession. He showed all the guys a master class on how to use gel to style unruly hair. With what admiration the girls looked at the transformed and prettier boys!!!

After breakfast guys senior group Let's go get changed for physical education class. And in the group, Mark’s mother, Olesya Andreevna, was patiently waiting for them, in a Spring costume with her assistant Sunflower. Spring invited preschoolers to a fun start. They carried out all of Spring's tasks with enthusiasm and received a sweet reward for their efforts. The delight of both children and adults knew no bounds.

Despite being extremely busy (Olesya Andreevna is raising two very young daughters), she took a very responsible approach to preparing the event. She made the wonderful Spring and Sunflower costume her baby was wearing herself.

And after afternoon tea, Svetlana Yuryevna, Vanya’s mother, was waiting for the children. She invited everyone to the Skillful Hands workshop. She told me about her hobby and showed how to make a rose out of a simple ribbon. Of course, such beauty interested the girls more and they enthusiastically tried themselves in the role of needlewomen.

And the boys looked at the exhibition of works with interest. Vanya proudly told all the children: “It was my mother who made such beauty!”

Our babies, children middle group, greeted by Elena Valerievna, Polina’s mother. She prepared for them a fascinating conversation about indoor plants. The guys looked at violets and geraniums, learned how to care for them and took part in planting ficus themselves.

Elena Valerievna was replaced by Galina Viktorovna, Sasha’s mother. She surprised children and adults with magic. All attributes of magic: magic hat, Magic wand and the gloves are in place, you can start.

The preschool children liked the funny tricks, jokes, and laughter so much that they did not want to let go of the owner of the magic wand for a long time.

All the children, without exception, enjoyed this day. Those guys whose mothers came to us spoke about it with pride. The rest of the children really wanted to see their mother as a teacher, some were even a little upset. But we still have a long way to go...

This day was very important for everyone: for us, teachers, and for parents, and for children. In our opinion, when parents take on the role of educators, it allows everyone involved educational process see yourself from the outside. The teacher sees the capabilities of parents, the peculiarities of their communication with children. Parents can appreciate the intricacies of a teacher’s work, and at the same time, enjoy communicating with children and be in the center of the events of “kindergarten” life. And children - children are simply happy that mom or dad can also be educators and learn to be proud of their parents.

Such a connection between the kindergarten and the family benefits, first of all, the children, and turns parents into first helpers. All the substitute teachers received only positive emotions from communicating with the children!

02.10.2017

The family and kindergarten do not always have enough mutual understanding and patience to hear and understand each other. It is no secret that many parents are only interested in the child’s nutrition; they believe that kindergarten is a place where they only look after their children while parents are at work.
To establish unity, it is necessary for parents to clearly understand what a kindergarten is, how children’s lives are organized there, what tasks are solved by teachers, what children do during the day, and what requirements are imposed on their behavior.
In order for parents to become active assistants and like-minded teachers, it is necessary to involve them in the life of the kindergarten.
September 27 on the Day preschool worker We decided to organize “Parental Self-Government Day” in our kindergarten in preparatory groups.

At the birth of a new innovative form of interaction with parents, as a day of self-government, we thought about how the level of education of parents in matters of upbringing, training and development of their children would increase, and would provide an opportunity to involve parents in the life of the kindergarten. This form of work allows you to most fully reveal the content of the teacher’s activities, clearly show the forms, methods and techniques of working with children, and help parents understand the need for cooperation between the kindergarten and the family.

To prepare for the “Self-Government Day” the following work was organized:
– participants in the educational process are prepared;
– parents are familiarized with the activities of teachers;
– individual meetings were held with parents to conduct educational activities;
– roles are distributed between parents;
– parents were instructed on protecting the life and health of children, on safety precautions, and fire safety rules;
– an action plan has been drawn up, where parents have distributed their responsibilities for participation in various routine moments.

Holding “Self-Government Day”.
At the beginning of the working day, substitute teachers (parents of students in our groups) actively participated in pedagogical activity. At first glance, everything was as usual: exercises, educational activities, a walk. But! All these regime moments were carried out not by teachers, but by parents. Parents had a unique opportunity to be in the teacher’s shoes and look at the life of the kindergarten “from the inside”:
1. Conduct a morning reception for children.
2. Do morning exercises.
3. Conduct educational activities at restricted times.
4. Take a creative approach to organizing educational activities.
5. Skillfully organize a walk with children.

From call of teachers preparatory group"Fidgets"

On September 27, 2017, our group “Fidgets” held “Self-Government Day”, leisure time for Teacher’s Day “Journey into the world of a preschool worker”. On this day, we decided to involve parents who willingly agreed to participate in our event. The parents did it well, it was interesting to watch them. The kids are just great! When the “understudies” found it difficult, the children took the initiative and helped them. Despite the presence of parents, the children behaved actively, completed all tasks with pleasure, they emotional condition was at the highest level. Parents took an active part throughout the working day, strictly observing the regime.

From 07.00, two parents played the “role” of educators, organized a morning reception for the children, and conducted morning exercises with musical accompaniment (they chose the compositions themselves) in the gym.

Parents conducted educational activities on FEMP using teaching aids and workbooks. We completed interesting mathematical tasks, used physical exercises and finger exercises.

Parents accompanied their children to the hall for a music lesson, where they also took an active part.

The parents organized a day outing with lots of physical and verbal games.

Feedback from teachers of the preparatory group "Luchiki"

On September 27, 2017, our group “Luchiki” held “Self-Government Day”, leisure time for Teacher’s Day “Journey into the world of a preschool worker”. On this day, we decided to involve parents who willingly agreed to participate in our event. The parents did it well, it was interesting to watch them. The children really enjoyed everything that happened and received a lot of positive emotions. The children especially remembered morning exercises in the “Disco” style, construction on the theme “Humpty Dumpty”, and outdoor games while walking. Parents and children showed themselves to be very active, watching what was happening with interest. We hope that this event will become traditional in our kindergarten.

Walk

This day was memorable and brought great joy to children, parents and teachers. The children reacted with curiosity and attention to the appearance of “new” teachers, obeyed and took part in new games and entertainment with pleasure. Teachers became closer and united with parents on issues of raising children and became their reliable assistants. Each child asked his mother to come the next day in the “role” of a teacher; parents want to participate in such events with desire and enthusiasm. We hope that such days will become a tradition in our kindergarten.

Any pedagogical system without the participation of parents will not be viable. It is important to find a form of communication with parents in which mutual understanding and mutual assistance in solving problems of education and development are possible. The practice of the Child Development Center N2 “Solnyshko” uses a variety of interesting forms of interaction with parents

A new effective form of partnership with families has become Self-Government Day in kindergarten, when parents take on the role of educators. This is already a good tradition for CRR No. 2. Moms and dads like the idea - every time they get down to business with great enthusiasm.

Parents are given the opportunity to take part in the organization, and then independently conduct educational activities and routine moments (morning gymnastic warm-up, walk, meal). Self-Government Day is preceded by the Day open doors when moms and dads watch how teachers work.

Then, together with the teacher, a note is drawn up, the necessary attributes and materials are prepared. The teacher gives recommendations on the use of various methods and techniques to carry out the selected routine moment.

And now everything is ready. For parents, the moment of truth comes: what is it like to be a teacher? What are their children like outside the home?

In the “Violet” preparatory group, the morning gymnastic warm-up was conducted by Ivan Leontiev’s father, in the “Astra” middle group - by Daria Yakusheva’s dad, and in the “Pansy” middle school and in the “Sunflower” preparatory group - by the father of the Shalyagin sisters Sasha and Anya. They confidently and clearly gave instructions to the children in a military manner. The preschool children, while performing the exercises, were collected and disciplined, because male teachers are a rarity, which means that success is guaranteed!

And here’s how Shchaveleva’s mother, Polina from the Violets group, responded to the event: “When I was offered to conduct a lesson in my daughter’s group, and even on such a sacred topic for all people as “Bread,” I agreed without hesitation. My daughter Polina, seeing that I was a little worried, really supported me, saying that she would help me with everything. For me it was very touching: after all, this was that rare case when it was not she, but I who needed the support of my daughter. After spending this day in kindergarten, I realized how much patience, ingenuity, and love for children you need to be able to interest them, so that everything you plan will succeed. As for me, it was a very exciting and important day in my life.”

Ivan Sabadash’s mother was the teacher in the “Sunflowers” preparatory group. On this day, parents and children went on an exciting journey to Antarctica, where they were greeted by friendly penguins. The children solved riddles, met the inhabitants of Antarctica, made an applique “Penguins on an Ice Floe” and even had time to go ice skating.

The middle group “Bells” started their day with an unusual morning gymnastic warm-up on environmental theme. Using physical exercise, children were introduced to caring for the environment. Kozlovskaya’s mother, Antonina, left her review of Self-Government Day in this group: “It was interesting to look into the life of the kindergarten, to see how children behave in a group. And the children pleasantly pleased with their discipline, activity, answers to questions, and participation in dialogues. It’s a wonderful idea to make parents educators.”

In the middle group “Buttercups” the mothers of Alena Kuznetsova and Alena Lefarova played the role of teachers. They held a morning gymnastic warm-up and a “Let's Help Little Red Riding Hood” event. Here is their opinion: “Self-Government Day is necessary and important for parents, it provides an opportunity to see children outside the family and learn how to shape children’s cognitive interest at home and help children gain new knowledge.”

The mothers of the middle group “Pansies” were attracted by the opportunity to plunge into childhood, disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle, forget about all the problems and visit a fairy tale. It was nice to watch how children try to express themselves with the best side- they were so proud of their parents! “When 20 pairs of wide-open children’s eyes are looking at you, at first you get lost.” Kachurov’s mother Edika acted as a teacher.

In the second junior group of “Forget-Me-Nots,” Vova’s mother Garmash conducted a morning gymnastic warm-up. Dressed up in a costume, she played the role of a mother bunny, and her little bunnies touchingly and diligently performed a set of morning exercises with carrots in their hands. And Lavrenenko’s mother Ivana conducted an application “Friends for the Snowman” with the kids. Here's what she says: “It was interesting and educational to observe the children's behavior. I received only positive emotions. Self-Government Day is a good trend towards mutual understanding between parents and children, as well as between parents and kindergarten.”

On Self-Government Day, the “Daisies” group hosted the “Spoons for Mishka” event. The children got acquainted with various materials, actively participated in experiments, painted spoons for the forest guest. Kachurina's mother Nastya played the role of a bear. In her opinion, the lesson turned out to be educational and exciting. And Malacion Kati’s mother added that it was very interesting to observe how children react to their parents in the role of educators, and also to see how difficult it is to work with children.

Parents of the Astra group, who took part in the open event “Towards the Olympics,” noted that the children, without being embarrassed by the presence of their parents, were very active and attentive, completing all tasks with pleasure and smiles on their faces. Daria Yakusheva’s dad and Ilya Lopatin’s mom, who acted as teachers, played her with great pleasure.

Our youngest pupils attend the “Vasilki” group, but this unusual day did not bypass them either. Here’s what Igor Dunaev’s mother, who played the role of a cat, says: “Drafting the script, playing it out in my mind - everything seemed successful. But in a real situation, when all the small representatives of the group stand and look at you with great expectation and curiosity, everything turns out differently. The experience of the group teachers helped a lot. They were on hand, helping to gather the children and organize games. I realized that one beautiful interesting costume not enough for working with kids.”

Firstly junior groups“Strawberry Strawberries” and “Dandelions”, the role of educators was played by Katya and Yaroslav’s mother Moses and Maxim Kolbin’s mother. Having played the roles of a caring mother hare and mischievous Petrushka, they performed a morning gymnastic warm-up and a routine moment of washing, artistically accompanying them with nursery rhymes and jokes.

At the end of the working day, we summed up the results of Self-Government Day. All participants came to the conclusion that organizing Self-Government Day in our MBDOU TsRR No. 2 is very significant for the partnership between family and kindergarten. Such an event allows parents to immerse themselves in the educational environment and look at the activities of teachers and all group staff from a fundamentally different perspective; makes it possible to evaluate the work of teachers, to see clearly coordinated interaction between the teacher and other employees; try to express yourself in this role, which builds respect and understanding of the complexity of the work of kindergarten employees.

We will definitely continue the good tradition - Self-Government Day. Ideally, every parent should experience the role of a teacher.

  • Self-Government Day as one of the innovative forms of working with parents

    The article presents the experience of holding “Self-Government Day” as a non-traditional form of working with parents. According to the author, the event has a differentiated approach, taking into account social status, family microclimate, parental needs and the degree of parental interest activities of preschool educational institutions, improving the culture of family pedagogical literacy.

    Usage non-traditional forms work in kindergarten provides psychological and pedagogical support for the family and increases the competence of parents (legal representatives) in matters of development and education, protection and strengthening of children.

    In modern conditions, the task of modernization preschool education is the development of dialogue partnership interaction in the “kindergarten - family” system, aimed at the active inclusion of parents (legal representatives) in the life of the kindergarten. Only in close cooperation and mutual understanding between teachers and parents can high results be achieved.

    Some parents believe and openly declare that a kindergarten should be involved in raising and educating children, that is, at the end of kindergarten they should receive a child fully prepared for school. Other parents passively observe the work of the kindergarten. Still others want to take an active part in the educational process, but they do not have time for this. And only some parents actively interact with the kindergarten.

    The Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education (clause 3.2.5.) states that work with parents should have a differentiated approach, taking into account social status, family microclimate, parental requests and the degree of parental interest in the activities of the preschool educational institution, and improving the culture of pedagogical literacy of the family.

    The transition to new forms of relations between parents and teachers will make the pedagogical process freer and more flexible. The use of non-traditional forms of work with parents of kindergarten students contributes to more effective interaction between teachers and parents and their professional rapprochement. Therefore, in kindergarten No. 2 “Skazka” it was decided to hold a “Self-Government Day” dedicated to “Preschool Worker Day”. At first glance, everything was as usual: exercises, educational activities, a walk. But! All these regime moments were carried out not by teachers, but by parents. Parents had a unique opportunity to be in the teacher’s shoes and look at the life of the kindergarten “from the inside.”

    Angelina Leonidovna Minina was able to charge children with energy for the whole day thanks to gymnastics in verse. Olga Aleksandrovna Aksenova conducted a lesson in mathematics “ Far Far Away kingdom", where children learned to compose and solve addition and subtraction problems using diagrams, developed the ability to navigate on a plane, and learned to find the missing image through visual-mental analysis.

    Maria Ilyinichna Khlupina conducted physical education entertainment “Birds”, where children imitated the movement of birds and carried out commands in accordance with the poetic text.

    The event ended in the evening in the assembly hall with a viewing of the presentation “Self-Government Day in a Preschool Educational Institution”, which was prepared by senior teacher I.A. Mavrina. Children and parents exchanged impressions they received during the day. Here are some of them: “Such days of self-government should be held annually, thereby bringing parents, children and teachers closer together, recharging positive emotions. And for the children whose parents held the event, this is a special joy and pride” (O.A. Aksenova), “It seems to us that after the “Day of Self-Government” we looked at the work of teachers and our children with different eyes. Thank you to the teachers for giving us this opportunity” (O.A. Borovikova, E.S. Volkova, I.N. Maltseva). “Thank you to the teachers for the opportunity to conduct the applique lesson myself. It was very exciting and joyful” (O.S. Zaugolkova), “The children pleased us with their discipline, knowledge, and skills. They carried out with pleasure and diligence all the tasks that were offered to them” (S.V. Lotkova, O.V. Kinozerova, A.L. Minina, N.V. Khrolenkova, etc.)

    The event showed that:

    Parents' ideas about professional activities have expanded preschool employees, an understanding of the importance of this profession and respect for the work of a teacher has been formed;

    The partnership between the kindergarten and parents has been strengthened;

    The pedagogical culture of parents has improved (they have an understanding of the characteristics of children’s developmental psychology, have basic knowledge of how to organize free time children);

    There has been a rapprochement and unification between teachers and parents on issues of raising children.

    Thus, the use of non-traditional forms of work in kindergarten provides psychological and pedagogical support for the family and increases the competence of parents (legal representatives) in matters of development and education, protection and strengthening of children.

    Hello, dear parents! We are glad that you responded to our proposal and decided to take part in Self-Government Day!, which will be held for the first time within the walls of our kindergarten.

    Our kindergarten is only 2 years old, so our good traditions of interaction with parents are just beginning to emerge. The goal of our project is to bring together and unite parents and kindergarten.

    We understand how difficult it was for you to find time amid the hustle and bustle of work and take the first step in mastering new profession. We hope you won't regret it. Because Self-Government Day is a wonderful opportunity to experience the life of a kindergarten, try yourself as a teacher, and communicate with a child in an environment that is unusual for both of you.
