Next, you need to place the second blank on top of the first on the adjacent side of the base, retreating 10 centimeters from each edge. Then place the third piece on the parallel side and push the end down from the horizontal strip.

Continue to lay out the remaining four strips in parallel, alternating the position behind the horizontal strip. Then take 5 more blanks, fill the remaining space at the bottom, interweaving them in a checkerboard pattern. After that, grease the cardboard base with glue and connect it to the basket. Next, turn the product so that the cardboard bottom is at the bottom, and at the end bend the strips up. Then you should braid the walls in a checkerboard pattern, using 40-centimeter strips prepared in advance.
