May 25 (Thursday) - arrival of participants, work of the credentials committee, registration and accommodation of participants, city tour, general meeting of participants, grand opening of the Championship

Second day:

May 26 (Friday) - competitions according to the Championship program, analysis of tasks, free time, friendly dinner.

The third day:

June 27 (Saturday) - business game“For all occasions” with the participation of the national team of the championship and the team of students of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXKHXXXKh, the solemn closing of the championship, lunch, and the travel of participants.

X. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

10.1. The collection of data on the selection of participants is carried out by the SPR at the request of executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of social protection of the population and regional branches of the SPR within the total number of participants, taking into account the maximum regional representation and preparedness criteria.

10.2. No later than May 15, 2017, regional organizers submit to the SPR by fax or e-mail in the form of a scan:

Personalized applications for participation in the federal stage of the Championship, taking into account accompanying persons (Appendix 1);

Copies of competition protocols of the regional stage of the Championship
(Appendix 2);

10.3. Competition participants and accompanying persons must register independently on the SPR website www.rospensioner.ru in the Championship 2017 section no later than May 20, 2017.

On the day of arrival, competition participants submit to the credentials committee:

Passport;

Compulsory health insurance policy;

A certificate from the medical institution at the place of residence about permission to participate in computer all-around competitions;

Certificate of completion of computer literacy courses or Senior Citizens University in 2016-2017 academic year(for the “Beginner user” category).

10.4. Credentials Committee:

Checks the submitted documents of the participants and makes the final decision on their admission to the federal stage of the Championship.

If necessary, requests information from sending organizations in order to check the conditions for holding competitions and the selection procedure at the regional level.

The results are announced at the general meeting of participants on the day of arrival.
