The snowflake is cut out of paper, so no special tools are needed.

For production you need:

Take six sheets of paper, scissors, pencil, ruler;
Fold a piece of paper so that you get four parts;
Make two-centimeter cuts perpendicular to the fold line of each edge;
Having unfolded the paper, you will need to roll up the cutouts, thus forming a roll, and glue them together with glue. After this operation, the snowflake will have rays;
Since we prepared six sheets of paper, it is necessary to perform the same operations with each of the sheets;
After this, all the rays need to be collected and connected with a stapler. The result is a snowflake using the kirigimi technique.
