As the experience of many doctors shows, most women are unhappy with the size of their breasts and ask questions about why small breasts do not want to grow. This concern stems from the fact that women with small breasts receive less male attention than women who are curvy.

There are some women who wonder why everyone in the family on the female line had a lush breast, and she got a modest first size. But most women complain about the condition and size of the breast after giving birth and feeding a child. Therefore, it is worth figuring out why the breasts are not growing and what accompanies a decrease in its size?

By nature, the female breast is designed to feed the baby with milk, which flows through the channels between the lobes of the mammary glands. There are also fat cells, on which the volume and splendor of the breast depends. But in general, the structure of the chest involves the following parts:

  • thin skin covering the chest;
  • directly the mammary glands;
  • milk-producing glandular tissue;
  • connective tissue for attaching gudi to muscles;
  • shares;
  • fat cells.

Those women who have a lot of fat cells in their mammary glands may notice changes in breast size due to changes in body weight. For ladies, whose breasts are dominated by glandular tissue, diets, the state of body weight is in no way reflected on the bust.

Fat cells and their growth can be accelerated by a nutritious diet, and the amount of glandular tissue can be increased by hormones.

Despite the fact that there are no muscles in the chest, the main pectoral muscle is located under it, due to which the mammary glands are held. By performing a series of specific exercises (an entire section devoted to exercises for breast growth), this muscle can be pumped and strengthened to lift the chest higher and make it elastic. Undoubtedly, the size of the breasts will not change, but the appearance will be transformed beyond recognition.

Why does not the breast grow

At the stage of puberty, the breast begins to develop and grow in a young person. Usually, such changes begin at the age of 9 years and older, the process of development and appearance of the mammary glands lasts about 4 years. And at the moment when the girl's first menstruation is scheduled, first one mammary gland thickens, then the second one after it. At the age of about 12, the girl's breasts begin to swell gradually, and after a few more years, the mammary glands are replenished with adipose tissue.

The breast acquires and forms its individual parameters up to the age of 21, after which special modifications and breast growth will no longer occur, that is, the breast stops growing.

Sometimes, before the age of 21, a girl's breasts do not acquire the expected parameters and sizes for several reasons:

  • Genetic predisposition... Most often, if on the female line no one was famous for magnificent breasts, oh, and the next generation will not be an exception to the rule.
  • Genetically determined lack of female hormones in particular estrogen. All this is verified by tests for hormones in the laboratory.
  • Lack of adipose tissue in the female body, in particular, this happens in thin girls.
  • Breast changes and other problems during pregnancy and subsequent feeding of the baby.
  • Acute vitamin deficiency, that is, a lack of vitamins and minerals to feed the mammary glands with the substances it needs.
  • Genetically features of the female body, which take their beginning from the moment the fetus is formed in the womb.
  • During puberty severe stress and the instability of the psycho-emotional state can affect the size and growth of the breast.
  • Excessive sports hobbies and exertion can shrink the breasts, as intense training burns fat and dries out the body.
  • Improper nutrition and ecology... can improve hormonal levels and replenish the mammary glands with additional fat cells, so you need to monitor your diet and be outdoors more often, as your breasts need oxygen.

If your breasts suddenly become smaller

The problem of breast reduction is nevertheless aesthetic in nature, this phenomenon often occurs due to a number of reasons and circumstances. Only by understanding the main reasons for breast reduction, you can correct this annoying situation.

So, the possible reasons for breast reduction:

  1. Childbirth and baby feeding... It should not be forgotten that nature gave women the mammary glands to produce milk and feed their baby. But often after a woman stops breastfeeding, her forms lose their elasticity and simply sag.
  2. Dramatic weight loss... Due to the fact that breast size depends a lot on the number of fat cells, drastic weight loss can take some of these fats from the mammary glands.
  3. Hormonal background... In those women whose breasts are dominated by glandular tissue, the size of the bust directly depends on the hormonal background. Lack of female hormones leads to loss of breast volume.
  4. Age... Together with age-related changes, a woman undergoes natural involutional processes. After 40 years, the glandular tissue gradually decreases in size and because of this, the breast begins to suffer from mastoptosis.

Regardless of how old a woman is, she can, on her own, slow down involutionary processes, replenishing the body with plant hormones and vitamin complexes. Regular exercise will keep your breasts from sagging and losing firmness.

And maybe the chest will still grow

As mentioned above, the onset of mammary glands occurs in girls 11-12 years old, after a few years the mammary glands are replenished with adipose tissue and begin to swell, and the entire process of breast growth and formation lasts up to 21 years.

It all depends on genetic predisposition, lifestyle, diet and hormonal system. For each girl, the stabilization and establishment of a normal hormonal background occurs at different times.

As statistics show, in 80% of girls, two years after the first menstruation, full breast size is established and, as a rule, it will no longer grow.

But, despite the genetic inclinations and the already formed breast, the period of gestation, childbirth and breastfeeding of the baby is able to make its own adjustments to the size and shape of the mammary glands. All this is due to hormonal leaps and the restructuring of the entire hormonal system as a whole. In fact, the mammary glands rebuild and change throughout life, changing shape, size and condition. All this happens exclusively at the cellular-structural level of the female body.

Small breasts: what to do?

To begin with, the owner of a small breast needs to think carefully - does she need so much large lush breasts? From the point of view of science, small breasts and the complexes associated with it are absolute feminine inventions. Many men prefer girls with compact shapes and sizes, and the opinion that the opposite sex attracts large breasts is an unfounded stereotype.

You can transform and slightly fill the chest with tone and volume in the following ways:

  • balanced nutrition, which should contain products with phytoestrogens and fat cells, as well as vitamin complexes and microelements;
  • nutrition must be combined with exercise on the pectoral muscle;
  • special massage techniques will help fill the chest with tone and elasticity;
  • a contrast shower will return the breasts to their previous shape and improve blood circulation;
  • special cosmetics to fill the glandular tissue of the breast with their hormonal composition;

Of course, the last method of breast augmentation cannot be called sparing and loyal, women rarely resort to such extreme measures.
