  • 1 bunch fresh lettuce (about 10 leaves)

  • 30 gr. butter;
  • dill (to taste);
  • 200 gr. mayonnaise 67%;
  • Salt (to taste);
  • Spices (to your taste).

Let's get started! Let's cook our chicken. Meanwhile, hard boil 2 eggs. Make an omelet from the remaining eggs. To do this, add 2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise and drive in eggs, salt and beat thoroughly with a whisk. In a preheated frying pan, greased with butter, pour in the egg mixture and fry on both sides.

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • Salt, pepper to your liking.

After the first, 5 minutes should pass. Next, drain the water and repeat the procedure. After such manipulations, the squid comes out very soft. We take our boiled breast and cut into strips, we do the same with squid, hard cheese and hard-boiled eggs.
