Today we have presented as many as two variants of Wolverine's claws. One option is from a comic strip, the other is more trivial, but both look pretty impressive, and in our case this is the main thing. Well, how to make Wolverine's claws out of paper you already guess. For those who are here for the first time - download the pepakura program, buy drawing paper, print and glue it. We learn the rest from the forum and articles.

The first version of Wolverine's claws made of paper takes 4 pages in pepakura. Gluing is not very difficult, but a couple of points will be interesting. The main thing is to push through all the fold lines well, as long and thin details are present. The scan has textures, but is closed from editing.

How to make Wolverine Claws -

The second version of Wolverine's claws occupies 5 pages in pepakura. This model is a kind of glove with claws. As for me, it’s going a little easier than the first option, although to whom it’s like. This scan also has textures and, unfortunately, it is also closed from editing.

You can talk about the art of origami indefinitely, describing its usefulness and beauty. But if you know how to make claws out of paper, then you understand that such an article, in addition to its beauty and calming effect, is also much more functional than, for example, a tulip or a dragon. If only because having done a couple of dozen such claws, you can start a fun game with the child - in tigers or magic monsters, as you like. Or, in preparation for the costume party, it is much nicer to make the clawed part of the image with your own hands than to order in a specialized studio. So the practical benefit, as they say, is obvious. Let’s not put aside what can be done right now, and proceed to the construction of paper claws.

1. Take the standard A4 sheet. Bend the corner diagonally, as we usually do when we want to get a square. We will not cut off the strip of the rectangle remaining outside the folded triangle — we will still need it.

2. The resulting triangle is folded in half, forming a half smaller triangular figure. Together with the rectangular part of the sheet, the structure should look like a house with a roof.

3. Now, finally, take up the remaining strip of paper. Bend the corners of the rectangle to the base of the large triangle.

4. We did not get the correct rhomboid shape. Fold it in half, again forming a triangle.

5. Once again, fold in half, carefully iron the fold and fold back, as in the previous step. We just need a fold line in the middle of the structure for reference.

6. Now bend one of the corners of the triangular figure parallel to the fold line.

7. It is as if we were wrapping the curved part of our workpiece around ourselves to the opposite side of the figure.

8. Finally, we bend the second part of the triangle in the direction of the first. In this case, the corner is carefully tucked into the pocket of the first part.

9. So our animal claw is ready - all that remains is to put it on. Slightly open the small pocket of our craft and put your finger into it so that the fold of the phalanx coincides with the fold of the claw.

As you probably noticed, we made a claw for just one finger. But since you already know how to make claws out of paper, then it will not be difficult for you to repeat this procedure nine more times. This is such a simple and easy task that it takes no more than 20 minutes to complete a complete set of claws for yourself, or even for a friend.

Are you planning a theme party? Are you getting ready for Halloween? Then this article is for you! Films about vampires and werewolves are very popular. Freddy Krueger and Wolverine's suits are being snapped up instantly. These images are to taste, both adults and children. But what if you do not have enough money to purchase this kind of costume? And, most importantly, on its main part - claws? There is a solution to this problem. We bring to your attention an article in the form of paper claws.

We’ll show you how to make a claw out of paper so you can put it on your finger. And it will be a great addition to your image.

For the manufacture we need:

  • 10 sheets of A4 format (you can take multi-colored)
  • solid flat surface on which you will work;
  • ruler;
  • tool for bending (at your discretion);

How to make a claw out of paper in stages

1. Lay a sheet of paper vertically on a flat surface. Fold the upper right corner towards the left side. Try to repeat the operations exactly as described, otherwise all the work done will be done in vain. After the operations done, you got an acute angle, and the top edge of the sheet aligned with the left.
2. Fold a sharp corner towards the main part of the sheet (it is necessary that the left corner of the sheet itself coincides with the lower left corner).
Fold the protruding, jagged edge of the paper into the center. This must be done in such a way that the result is a square.
3. Fold the resulting square along the line that represents the diagonal. The result should be a triangle. Expand the resulting figure in front of you so that the right angle looks up in the direction from you.
4. Find the side that is the two folded faces, and not the individual 4 layers of the sheet. Looking at the picture, you will understand what we mean.
5. Fold the triangle in the manner shown in the image so that a certain side in step 4 is on top. You have to imagine a vertical line from the top to the middle of the base of the triangle and fold it. If it is difficult, you can outline this line with a pencil.
6. Expand the triangle and tuck its edges right into the center, aligning with the fold. The angle that is tucked should protrude beyond the edge of the base of the triangle.
7. The resulting figure must be folded in half along the line, as in step 6.
8. Turn in the extreme corner that protrudes from the bottom, so you fix the shape of the craft.

The work on the claw is completed!

It remains only to re-make as many claws as needed. Do not be discouraged if the first time not everything goes smoothly. With a little practice, you will fully understand the manufacturing process.

Many characters in modern and older films have different iron claws on their hands, for example, Freddy Krueger or Wolverine. And many of the children would be happy to have such claws for their games. Of course, no one suggests making metal accessories for the game for them, such attributes can be made from safer materials. In this article, we will try to figure out how to make paper claws.

How to make paper claws like Wolverine from X-Men

We take the album sheet in A4 format.

Fold the paper as if you want to make a square out of it.

Now bend the resulting angle to the left to make a triangle.

Bend the lower right corner to the center.

Bend the left corner in the same way.

Fold the blank in half so that you get a triangle.

Now bend the resulting shape in half again, and then straighten it.

The left edge of the workpiece must be bent to the center as shown in the photo.

We fold the same part of the workpiece in half again.

And the third time.

In the upper part of the workpiece, you need to make a recess and insert a free corner there, the part should turn out, as in the picture.

Now in the same place, at the top of the workpiece, open the paper and make a recess.

Make 4 or 9 more such figures, put on your fingers , and now the clutches of the wolverine appeared on your hands.

Claws like a lynx

Take a square sheet of paper and fold it diagonally.

Fold the sheet and bend the lower left corner to the fold line.

A triangle has formed at the top of the part; bend it back.

Now bend the left triangle to the right again.

Bend the right triangle to the left, and place its edge in the pocket.

We open the claw and put it on, everything is ready.

The scheme of such a craft is quite simple, and if everything is done in stages, the result will be excellent.

These two methods of creating paper claws are the most common, the first option is perfect for the image of a wolverine, and Freddy Krueger’s claws will do just fine, they are long enough for this. Such claws can be made of colored paper, gray, or metallic shade. They can also be painted with gouache of the appropriate color for greater realism. And also stick foil on the finished claws. Such an addition to a Halloween costume will look just super.

The second version of the claws looks like a cat or a lynx. This option is also great for a carnival costume. Claws can be made of white paper, and then painted in the desired color or immediately apply colored paper.

Carefully follow the procedure for creating crafts, this is necessary so that they move and look like real ones. If you want your craft to last longer than one day and be rigid enough, it is better to use thicker paper, office sheets in this case will not work. You can also make the claws even longer if you put on another one, but in this case it would be better to fasten them together with glue.

Paper claws on fingers

The specified method is the simplest in execution. To do this, we turn to the paper folding technique called “origami”. Before starting work, prepare the workplace — it should be flat — and take 5 thick square sheets of paper so that the claws hold their shape.

  1. Fold one of the leaves diagonally in half and return to its original position;
  2. Bend to the center of the sheet on both sides of the ends of the paper. The bend angle should correspond to 45 degrees;
  3. Fold the resulting triangular shape in half;
  4. Put a mark in the center on the base of the triangle and bend the bottom of the figure, as in Fig. 4;
  5. Circle the protruding main part of the workpiece twice with the bottom piece and shove the ends inward (see Fig. 5-8 in the diagram);
  6. Spread the claw and put it on your finger.

Make the following claws on the remaining fingers according to the same principle.
