There are already several articles on the baubles on the site, but the comments constantly skip phrases: “I don’t understand anything”, “so how to weave baubles out of a mouline thread”. Therefore, we decided to write a detailed article about weaving baubles from floss, varieties of knots and tell us that in reality everything is very simple.

In oblique weaving of baubles, 4 different nodes are used, they are designated differently and weave in different ways. Such weaves should be in rows from left to right, or from right to left, and not something else, and not as the arrows show. The arrows in this case show only which knot to tie. You can learn how to weave baubles with oblique weaving in our master class:.

You can also see how to weave baubles with oblique weaving in our video:

3. How to weave baubles with direct weaving with two colors (including baubles with names)

There are already articles on this site on our site that tell how baubles are woven with direct weaving. This is a master class and. On the generator page, you can create your own individual baubles scheme with any name or text.

You can see how to weave baubles with direct weaving of two colors on our video:

4. How to weave baubles with direct weaving with a lot of flowers

Baubles with direct weaving with two colors do not weave like baubles with many flowers. In this article we will not describe this technique, it should be given special attention. We made out this weaving in the master class. You can create a bauble scheme yourself thanks to ours.

Also watch the video how to weave multi-colored baubles with direct weaving (more than 2 colors):

5. How to weave baubles with sharp arrows (braid)

To weave this bauble, take a mouline thread slightly longer than a meter. 6 colors, 2 pieces of each color. Fold the threads symmetrically, connect them into a bundle and tie them into a knot at a distance of 7 centimeters from the edge. Thread a pin into the knot and attach it to the pillow, or glue the beginning of the bauble to the table using tape. Divide the threads in half.

Start on the left side with the outer color, we have it red. Using this thread, make a figure in the form of a four over the second thread, then skip the first thread under it and pass through the hole as shown in the photo.

Tighten the knot by pulling the first thread upward to the right. Repeat this knot again, you get a double knot, it will be them who weave the whole bauble. Thus, the first thread we moved from the left side one position to the right and became the second. In the same knot we tie the second thread around the third and so on until the second thread reaches the center. This is one half of a bauble.

Now take the thread on the other hand, with us it is also red. We will make nodes from right to left. To do this, we do everything symmetrically: we bend the red thread over the orange in the form of a mirror four. Then also pass through and tighten left up. The main thing is not to forget that this knot needs to be done twice on each thread.

We continue to knit knots with this thread from left to right until it reaches the middle. Tie a knot with two middle threads of the same color in order to tie the halves together. So we have finished the first line of our baubles. The remaining lines are knitted in exactly the same way with two external threads of the same color.

When you finish the bauble (you can find out just by trying on the arm, consider only a little free space in order to tie a bauble), tie a regular knot with all the threads, and then braid the pigtail.

This bauble can be made asymmetrical, for this, first lay out the threads without symmetry. If you do not stop in the middle, then you get a classic bauble oblique weaving. Do not forget that knots need to be tied twice. And do not miss the middle when knitting.

6. How to make a bauble with rhinestones

There are many ways how to weave baubles, and we will also figure out how to make any bauble more unique and shiny.

We make a bauble with rhinestones. To do this, we need a ready-made bauble (we will take a woven bauble with arrows), a chain with rhinestones, a thread of floss, a needle and scissors.

Thread the needle and tie a knot at the end. Pass the bauble with a needle from the bottom up at the very beginning of the bauble. Or, in order to better hide the knot, you can thread the thread through the knot at the very beginning of the bauble. Attach a chain with rhinestones in the center of the bauble.

Make a stitch between the first two rhinestones. Then again, thread the needle from the bottom up, this time trying to get in the middle between the second and third stone.

Continue this way until the end of the baubles. After the last stitch, tie the knot on the back side. Or again, pass through the bundle at the end of the baubles. Then cut the edge of the thread.

Our bauble with rhinestones is ready.

7. How to make a bauble with spikes

To create a bauble with spikes, we need: any bauble, 5 chrome studs with mounts, a screwdriver and scissors.

Mark with a marker for even placement of the spikes. Use a ruler, or calculate by thread. In the marked places, pierce with scissors so that the screw gets through.

Pass the screw through the hole and screw it into the spike with a screwdriver.

Repeat with the rest of the spikes in the same way. That's all! Our bauble with spikes is ready.

8. How to make a bauble with a chain

In order to make a bauble with a chain, we need: any ready-made bauble, a chain of short length with large links, a mouline thread, a needle and scissors.

Thread the floss in the needle. Then untie one knot at the end of the bauble and tie it together with the end of our thread. On the reverse side, pass the needle first from the very edge of the baubles.

Put the chain near the baubles and thread the needle through the first link. Thread the needle again from the back of the bauble so that the needle is near the second link of our chain.

Continue this way until the end of the baubles. The chain will need to be adjusted along the length of the baubles. To do this, unbend the link that extends beyond the length of the baubles and remove the rest of the chain. At the last link, sew two stitches. After that, untie the bundle of baubles and tie it together with our thread.

Trim the remaining thread. Your updated shiny bauble is ready. Does she look brighter now?

9. How to weave baubles with nuts

Using ordinary hex nuts you can weave a very original bauble. It is somewhat reminiscent of the spine. This bauble will look great on the guy’s hand. And nuts can be bought at any hardware store of different colors and sizes.

For this bauble we will need a skein of cotton rope, hex nuts (the quantity depends on you) and scissors.

Take three ropes, tie them into a knot, leaving loose ends 5-10 centimeters long. After the knot, start weaving with an ordinary pigtail 3-5 centimeters.

Further, before making a strand with the left thread, put a nut on it, press the nut tightly against the pigtail and make the strand with the left thread. If you do not have a very thick thread, or rope, then you can make a ring inside the nut (by wrapping the nut with thread), and then weave on. Thus, a not very thick rope will not wear out very quickly.

Hold the left nut with your finger. Before making the strand now with the right thread, put a nut on it and make a strand. In the same way, hold the nut with your finger so that it is firmly pressed against the pigtail.

Then on the left there will be a new thread, we pass a nut and we knit a bauble in the same way. We try to knit tightly so that the nuts do not hang out, or do not loose socks after a couple of days.

We repeat the steps and weave a bauble. We calculate the required length according to our wrist, taking into account the free space before and after the nuts.

After you finish braiding the nuts, we do again 3-5 centimeters of a normal pigtail, tie a knot and leave another 5-10 centimeters of the free end of the ropes.

We wrap a bauble around 2-3 times around the wrist and tie it. Our bauble with nuts is ready!

10. How to weave baubles tied chains

Shiny chains tied with multi-colored floss thread look spectacular, right? And they are made very simple. Let's learn how to weave them. We need: a chain with large links, mouline thread of different colors, two hair clips and scissors.

We cut 2 sets of 15 threads each. The length of one thread should be 4 times the length of our bracelet. Tie both sets of threads into one knot, leaving 5 centimeters loose. Put a pin on each set of threads, they will help you easily thread through the links of the chain and weave a bauble.

Put the threads to the left of the chain. Pull the first set of threads with a hairpin into the first link of the chain, as shown in the photo.

Put the second set of threads on top of the first. Pass the second set of threads into the same chain link from bottom to top.

We go to the second link, again we put the first color on top of the second and pass it into the second link from the bottom up. Repeat the same with the second color. We have a chain with fairly large links, so in each link we make a pigtail with each set of threads. If you have a bracelet with smaller links, then you can weave one passage in each link.

Repeat steps until you reach the end of the chain, then tie a knot and cut the ends. So our bauble is ready. You can tie the chain on both sides, it will also be interesting. To do this, simply turn the chain on the other side and weave according to the same instructions.

11. How to weave a friendship necklace

Let's learn how to weave a wonderful necklace. It looks interesting. It can also be gifted, like a friendship bracelet. And weaving them is easy enough.

Well, we need: a cotton rope, floss thread, nuts and washers, reels for a skein of thread and scissors.

In order to make a necklace of two colors, we take two skeins of floss thread and wrap them on coils so that it is convenient to weave. Then we take the rope of the required length and tie together with the threads with one large knot. We fasten the end with tape to the table, or with a pin to the sofa. We begin to weave in red, which means we hold the purple color in our left hand so that it is stretched along with the rope. Take the red color in the right hand, make a four-loop loop over the rope, then thread the coil into the loop formed from the bottom up (see photo) and tighten the knot by pulling the coil to the right up. Repeat this node many times until you decide to change the color.

Changing color is very simple. To do this, simply shift the red spool to the left hand and pull it, and begin to knit the knots with the purple thread, as described above.

You can change the colors as you like. In the middle of a friendship necklace, you can add washers, or nuts, and then knit knots again. When finished knitting, untie the first knot and tie both ends of the necklace into one knot. In addition, the necklace will look much more interesting if there are more colors. Weaving with a large number of thread colors can be done in the same way, just hold in your left hand a stretch of all currently unused spools of thread. It turns out such a beauty!

12. How to weave a bauble wrapped chain with rhinestones

For this bauble we will need: 110-140 centimeters of a leather cord one and a half millimeters thick, 30-40 centimeters of a chain of balls or crystals, 150-180 centimeters of thread, a brass nut and scissors. The length varies depending on the size of your wrist. It is designed to wrap twice around the wrist and tie.

Fold the leather cord in half to make a loop. The size of the loop must be selected in such a way that a nut comes into it tightly, which will act as a fastener. Start the thread along the leather cord a couple of centimeters long. Then, with the rest of the thread, we begin to wrap around the cord in the opposite direction from the loop. Tighten the thread so that the end does not pop out and open.

Place a chain with balls between the two halves of the leather cord. Thread tightly between each individual ball.

Continue wrapping the chain until the bauble reaches the required length.

When you reach the required length, tie a knot with three threads (a thread and two halves of a leather cord).

Then pass the nut and tie another knot. Trim the excess ends.

A bauble with wrapped rhinestones is ready. Please note that the size is designed for two rings around the wrist. If you want to make one turn, or vice versa more, count on these sizes.

13. How to weave baubles macramé

In baubles, square knots that are used in macram also look very impressive. Only the materials we take brighter. Instead of threads, we will use a nylon cord in different colors. Add shiny metal and stones and get shiny macrame baubles.

So, we need: four meters of a nylon cord half a millimeter thick, metal jewelry, or stones, a needle and scissors.

Cut the nylon cord like this: 2 pieces of 75 centimeters, 2 pieces of 50 centimeters and 1 piece of 25 centimeters. Fold one half-meter piece of nylon cord in half, thread the resulting loop into the ring, and into this loop, thread the end of the thread and tighten. Repeat with the second half-meter end on the other side. So we fix the ring. These threads will be motionless with us.

Take one piece of a nylon cord 75 centimeters long, bend in half and place the center under the cord tied to the ring. Turn the right part of the cord to the left, put the left part of the cord over the right and pass into the loop formed on the right from bottom to top as shown in the photo.

Tighten the assembly firmly and push it up until it stops.

Next, turn the left part of the cord to the right, raise the right part above it, and then thread it into the loop on the left as well from the bottom up and tighten the knot. It is a mirror image of the previous node.

Repeat the nodes left and right until the desired bauble length is reached. Take into account that the fastener will take about one and a half centimeters.

When you're done, first take the left side of the cord and thread it along the center of 4-5 knots on the back of the bauble.

Repeat with the right half of the cord.

When you sell the cords, cut off the excess part, and the small pieces that remained sticking out can be further melted and sealed with a lighter for better fixation. Similarly, weave on the other side of the ring with a second piece of cord 75 centimeters long.

Further we will do so that the bauble can be moved apart and tightened. It will turn out continuous and without knots. Take a piece of the cord that we cut off as extra and temporarily tie the cords of the ends of the baubles together.

Next, take the last piece of a nylon cord 25 centimeters long, fold it in half, and start knitting the same left and right knots as we knitted earlier on the bracelet itself.

Make nodules about one and a half centimeters long. Thread the ends of the cord with which we knitted back and sealed with a lighter. Remove the temporary nodes that connected the two ends of the baubles.

Thus, with the help of central cords, we can now adjust the size of the baubles. Choose the desired length and tie knots at the ends, and then cut off the excess.

All. An adjustable macrame bauble is ready! As a decoration in the center, you can take everything that your imagination comes up with.

14. How to weave baubles from beads

Let's make another unusual bauble - threads plus beads. For this bauble, we need 1.2 meters of thread, beads, a button, scissors.

Cut the thread into two pieces, one 70 cm, the other 50 cm. Fold a long thread in half. Then attach one end of the short thread to the ends of the long thread and bend half of the long thread. Look at the photo how it looks. You get a loop and three ends of a thread 35 cm long and one tip is short.

We tie a knot, leaving a loop of such a size that the selected button passes tightly. After that, cut the fourth short tip.

With three threads, we begin to weave an ordinary pigtail. After three centimeters of braids, we pass the beads onto the left thread.

Press the beads to the pigtail and cross the center thread with the left thread. Now put the beads on the right thread and cross the center thread with the right thread.

Hold the beads with your finger when weaving, so that the bauble turns tight. Continue to weave the pigtail by alternately threading the beads left or right.

When the size of the baubles is enough for your hand, weave again a pigtail-free pigtail of the same length as at the beginning. Tie a knot at the end.

After the knot, we put a button on the threads and tie a double knot.

Cut off the excess. So our bauble with beads is ready.

You can take threads and beads of any colors, try, experiment, you will like it!

15. How to weave a bauble with hooks

Let's look at another option how to weave baubles. It will be a bauble with hooks. It is not difficult to make it, in addition, it has one interesting plus, which I will talk about at the end of the master class.

Well, let's get started. For this bauble we need:
- a cord with a thickness of 2 mm and a length of about 60 cm, instead of it you can use a flexible wire, twine, or something else similar;
- copper hook;
- ruler;
- pliers;
- lighter.

Before you begin, seal the ends of the cord with a lighter so that it does not unfold when worn. Take the pliers and bend the hook on one side all the way so that the cord cannot pop out. On the other hand, bend too, but so that the cord can pass.

Now we will make an adjustable knot. Thread one end of a 15-centimeter cord through the fully bent side of the hook. Fold 8 centimeters of the cord back towards the hook, of which 5 centimeters turn towards you. At this end we will knit a knot.

Wrap them all the threads, making two circles in the direction of the left loop. Thread the tip into the left loop.

Hold it with your left hand, and with your right hand, press the skeins to the left side until the knot tightens. You can check whether you tied the knot correctly by holding the hook in your right hand and pulling the cord with your left. The knot should move close to the hook.

At the other end of the cord you need to make the same knot. You do not need to thread it in the hook. The turns with the end of the cord in this case must be wound with the direction to the right.

Thread the end of the cord into the right loop and tighten the knot by moving the turns to the right as well.

Cut the ends of the cord and re-solder with a lighter if necessary. So our bracelet is ready. It needs to be wrapped around the arm 2-3 times and adjusted with a second sliding knot.

And now an interesting point. Instead of a hook, you can use anything you want. You just need a hook on one side, and on the other hand you can drill a hole if that. This is how you can make this bauble for a guy. Especially if he is a fisherman will be very in topic. It uses a designer version of the fishing hook.

If you show imagination, then you can use any item that can emphasize and convey the hobbies of the owner. For musicians, for example, you can take a keychain in the form of a note, on the one hand you can fix the cord by its tail, and on the other, drill a hole in its base. It will also look stylish and interesting. Show your imagination and amaze your friends!

Write in the comments what you liked, what other baubles you want to learn how to weave, what baubles you like, is it worth writing more articles and master classes of this kind. For you, the site team tried 3 children. Subscribe to news on social networks, stay tuned.

A handmade gift will invariably touch everyone’s heart. Hand made products have nothing to do with serial factory production and there is an opinion that they have their own soul. In Soviet times, creativity was not given a very honorable place as a cute hobby. The heyday of industry, the factory similarity of goods was considered the norm, which dulled imagination, the desire of a person to create things, household items and jewelry by hand. Over time, excellent taste, the desire to express oneself, the desire to possess exclusive gizmos won. So the art of hand made has become fashionable again, breathing new life into many forgotten forms of applied art. One of the oldest creative movements is weaving. Using the applied method, it is easy to create original accessories, jewelry, household items and even clothes. Therefore, the question of how to weave baubles is invariably relevant for modern followers.

The origins of ancient art

In most countries of the world, baubles are known under the name “friendship-bracelets”, in translation the name means “friendship bracelets”. The traditional weaving of baubles goes back centuries. The birth of an unusual accessory was given by the North American Indians, their life activity was invariably accompanied by mysticism, magical rites.

Native American wearing a traditional headdress

Initially, bracelets, belts woven from plant fibers, leather cords, straw, and other materials were sacred. Ornaments protected the owners from evil spirits, hatred, envy of enemies. In addition to religious significance, little things could silently talk about a person belonging to a certain estate, the main mission in the tribe.

Information provided everything from the color scheme, patterns to the weaving material. For a long time there was a tradition to give baubles made with one's own hand, as a sign of deep location and friendship. With the help of simple accessories, peace was established between two people, family clans, entire tribes.

Fenichka was worn until she herself was torn. If a person dared to take off a gift, it was considered a bad sign, a signal of the end of a friendly union.

Later, followers of the hippie culture adopted the tradition of exchanging friendship bracelets among North American tribes. Ardent opponents of any manifestation of wealth, deliberate luxury, they appreciated the generous gifts of nature to humanity.

Hippies revived the tradition of weaving baubles

Hippies were the first to revive the tradition of expressing secret feelings with the help of hand-woven baubles. At the wedding ceremony, the "children of flowers" exchanged, as a sign of eternal love, not rings of precious metals, but simple baubles.

The same pattern shows that young people make up a couple

As a rule, weaving was performed in red and white colors as evidence of free views on love. The same pattern showed that young people are a couple. Gradually, the deep sacred meaning of jewelry was lost, but the popularity of baubles around the world does not slow down.

Baubles will complement any modern look.

Thanks to the free Internet space, and our site in particular, it is easy to learn at any time about how to weave baubles from various types of threads, beads, satin ribbons.

Weaving bracelets from thin threads is a painstaking work. But even a child can cope with the task successfully and fall in love with an interesting lesson, learning the secrets of how to weave baubles. In the modern world, art is popular for any age category. Fans of creating hand made jewelry are not only girls, but also guys of any age. A few tips from experienced weaving masters:

  • Starting a laborious, but fascinating occupation, it is worth choosing a convenient place, taking a comfortable pose for working on the first masterpiece.
  • Novice masters should take care of the work surface for weaving. This can be a tablet from the stationery store with a clip, a pillow, a board upholstered in fabric.

A stationery tablet is ideal for weaving fenechsek
  • The choice of material is an important factor in the quality, aesthetics and neatness of the product. We choose strong threads with a smooth surface, evenly colored along the entire length. If the thread is “naughty”, it is fluffed in the process of weaving, it violates the aesthetics of accessories and can “hide” a beautiful textured pattern. It is worth paying attention to the reputation of manufacturers, giving preference to the most conscientious of them. Experienced masters in the art of weaving advise for baubles to choose mouline thread that meets the necessary standards, surprising with a bright color scheme.

Mouline - the perfect choice
  • So that the baubles do not lose their original shape, it is necessary to tie knots in the elements of the pattern more tightly. It is important to clearly follow the schemes that will become loyal helpers in the work.
  • Color spectrum. The sacred meaning of the baubles is forgotten, but not completely lost. If you create a bracelet in which you put a deeper meaning than a simple jewelry, you should choose the theme of the pattern, the color combination wisely. For example, blue is the color of friendship, pale green will tell about collapsed hopes, white is the tint of purity, faith in ideals, and pink is the dream, energy, love.

Bauble in ethnic style.

Tip:

If you decide to become a real fenkoplet, it is worth getting a "magic chest". Organization of work and preparation is the most important stage in any needlework. Materials, tools, sketches of future masterpieces should be stored in one place.

You can fit an empty shoe box for this. Mouline thread - a delicate material, requires a reverent attitude. For storage, you can make or buy a special container, this prevents tangling and fading of the color of the threads.

Methods for weaving baubles

It is impossible to answer unequivocally how to weave baubles from threads, beads or ribbons. The first thing that beginners need to do is learn how to knit the simplest knots, learn to understand the patterns. The main classification distinguishes two main ways: weaving baubles in an oblique or direct way. Thanks to detailed workshops, beginners in a short period of time will learn how to weave original jewelry, feeling in ancient art like fish in water.

The process of weaving baubles on a tablet

The simplest pattern for a beginner

Experienced fenkoplet craftsmen skillfully weave entire collections of original jewelry, turning your favorite hobby into a profitable business. Beginners should not rush, you need to start small. Comprehending science gradually, you can achieve the highest level of mastery. The most familiar and easiest way to weave fenka friendship is a “pigtail” pattern of three classic parts. For this, any number of threads is used, but always a multiple of three.

Pigtail pattern of three classic pieces

You can complicate the work by adding a fourth thread. The algorithm is as follows:

  • We fix the threads on the working surface, you can tie them together with a simple knot.
  • Getting to weaving. Of the two central parts, the left component is superimposed on the right. She, in turn, is superimposed on the left side.
  • In the center are two extreme parts. We repeat the algorithm until we get the weaving of the desired length.

Four-strand bauble

For the simplest method, it is necessary to use an even number of components. A little practice, and the “pigtail” will appear instantly in the hands of the master. Learning how to braid a braid in four threads, you can complicate the work using more and more parts, confident masters reach fourteen.

Bauble braid of four strands

Such weaving can be used not only to create bracelets. An original memorable gift to a friend, relative or close person will be a bookmark for a book or notebook, a key fob on a phone, handbag or keys.

Oblique weaving method

One of the simplest, understandable to a beginner, methods is considered oblique weaving.

Bauble made by oblique weaving

Work algorithm:

  1. We select the threads in the amount of twelve segments, disassemble them by color. To get a harmonious combination of shades, we lay out the threads of the same shades in a mirror: red on the sides, then two orange and so on. We continue to lay out in a mirror, sorting by colors, aiming at the center.

Important!

For the oblique weaving method, the length of each thread is at least 1 meter. Please note that the desired length of the baubles will decrease by four.

  1. The bundle is connected by a strong knot located eight centimeters from the edge of the thread.
  2. We begin the process, starting from the far left. We add it to the neighboring component so that a “four” is formed. We will sell the first thread into the resulting window, tighten the knot. Repeat the maneuver. We perform similar actions with extreme threads, but on the other hand.
  3. You need to braid the pattern so that the colors inside are outside. We complete the first row by linking the extreme components of weaving into two knots.
  4. We repeat the rows so many times until we get the weaving of the desired length.

Bauble oblique weaving, master class

At the end of the work, we connect the threads together in a tight knot, so the weaving will not fall apart during the wearing of the accessory. It is important to follow the order of execution of the elements in the first few rows, then they themselves fit in the correct sequence.

Bauble - oblique weaving

As a result, we get a textured pattern. By the way, if you made a mistake with the order of the thread and tied a knot where it does not fit, you can neatly braid it with a sewing needle or a tailor's pin, tying it correctly.

It is believed that this method is more complicated than the previous one. The ability to create bracelets from threads with direct weaving indicates a high level of skill. In this decoration you can braid all kinds of patterns, phrases or names. Before learning how to weave baubles using the direct method, it is important to master simpler techniques and learn how to work with several colors at the same time.

Bauble straight weaving

To create an original patterned bracelet, you must follow the step-by-step master class:

  • Choose strands of thread of different colors. It is important to conditionally separate the parts to create the background of the product, as well as separately for the pattern or inscription. If you plan to make the pattern large, choose a strand for it longer than the others, because the picture is formed only from it.
  • We arbitrarily denote the outermost thread on the left, and call it leading. We bind with it all the remaining strands of thread.
  • At that moment, when the main part reaches the opposite edge, we will continue to work similarly, but in the mirror direction. It turns out that the thread moves in a zigzag fashion, changing direction.
  • Creating a pattern or inscription on the bracelet begins with the weaving of the main thread and the one that is supposed for the picture.

The work of creating a bauble in a direct way is complicated, it requires attention. Hard work will be more than rewarded to the master with an author's bauble with a beautiful pattern or an exclusive inscription.

Bauble with a name

Name bracelets are a classic gift for a friend. Such a present is symbolic, without words it can express the depth and sincerity of feelings for a loved one. To make such a bauble, you can use threads of several shades, but even from two colors you can weave a beautiful memorable item.

Baubles with various inscriptions.

Some tips to help you work:

  1. The bracelet with the name can be woven from both threads and beads strung on a fishing line.
  2. The scheme of the direct method is taken as the basis; for a harmonious and uniform arrangement of letters, a stencil can be used.
  3. Correctly calculate the width of the bracelet. The size of the letters should be slightly smaller than the width of the product.

Bauble with a name

You can make a stencil for the inscription yourself. The weaving pattern of the future bracelet is applied to the paper, the optimal distance between the letters is calculated in order to beautifully, evenly place the inscription completely.

When the thread ended

Creating bracelets from threads, ribbons, cords, beads is an ancient art. Success depends on many points, including the desire, imagination and talent of the master. In order for the product to meet the highest requirements of quality, strength, aesthetics, you need to know a few secrets. One of the main ones is the ability to quietly tie a thread. There are frequent cases when the master fails to correctly calculate the length of the thread, and sometimes it can break during the knitting process. Do not despair, everything is fixable. We do this:

  1. We drive the thread that has ended or torn, under the wrong side of the product, while leaving sufficient length for the fastening knot.
  2. We substitute a component of the same color to the place where the gap occurred, but from the wrong side.
  3. Tie it with two classic knots. From the wrong side we will connect the thread, which was reintroduced into the work with the one that ended.

What to do if the thread runs out

Such a simple maneuver will help to continue the work, the place of fastening of two threads will hide from the wrong side, without violating the external aesthetics of weaving.

Master classes of original bracelets

The synthesis of textures, materials and varieties of combinations of patterns creates an extraordinary effect, which is important in the manufacture of original gizmos. Hand made is valued in that each craft is unique in nature.

Each craft is unique

Having an author’s model, you can be sure of its exclusivity. Even if the methods and techniques of creation are similar, the occupation of your favorite hobby encourages imagination, bold experiments. Craftsmen and admirers of applied art have creative thinking, are in a relentless search for new forms, ideas and design solutions.

Ethnic style baubles

Combining incompatible techniques, materials, they give rise to style and beauty. Only in this way the evolution of creativity takes place, generously endowing us with the magnificent results of the work of talented artists. We offer several ideas for stylish crafts that you can create yourself.

Elegant bauble with rhinestones

Baubles decorated with rhinestones

For the lesson you will need rhinestones, kapron threads, a sharp sewing needle. We do everything in stages:

  1. We knit a bracelet in any convenient technique - oblique or direct.
  2. We sew the base with stitches in the middle or on the sides. Making a stitch, we string a rhinestone, beads or bead so that they are located on the front side.

Important!

Weaving decor into the pattern, sparkling rhinestones, colored beads, beads or spikes, we don’t break through the threads, but push them with an awl or a needle so as not to tear, or disturb the delicate structure.

  1. If the level of skill allows, the decor is strung on a fishing line or thread directly during manufacture.

Decorated bracelets

It is important to ensure that the decor is uniform. To do this, you can pre-prepare a visual diagram on paper.

Chains are a constant trend, a stylish accessory for everyday look. With the help of the chain, you can create luxurious collections or just update the bauble.

Bright bauble on a chain
  • Take the finished base, woven by any method. We measure a chain of similar length.
  • We will thread the thread into the needle at the beginning of the warp, tying its end to the inserted thread.
  • Gently pushing the nodules with the needle, we sew the chain tightly along the edge.
  • We make stitches similar to the distance between the links.
  • We stitch it to the end of the base, tightly fasten it, tying it with a double knot.

Finishing the lesson, cut the remnants of the thread and enjoy the beauty of the new elegant jewelry in our author's collection. Than to decorate this or that result of painstaking work, will tell the imagination, as well as ready-made ideas.

Using the macrame technique

Creativity is an unknown world, full of fantasy, experimentation and new ideas. Mastery in needlework is determined by how much the master can combine several techniques, creating an author’s masterpiece.

Macrame Bauble

Macrame is an ancient technique known since ancient times. In addition to useful flower pots, textured panels, tablecloths or curtains, in an unusual technique, you can create exquisite decorations.

Macrame necklace

For a special chic, you can take any metal pendant, beads, beads and any other decor as a basis. Before you start knitting, you need to briefly familiarize yourself with the known methods of knitting macrame knots. The main assistants in creating a masterpiece will be a square, flat or double-sided node. Experienced masters of macrame recommend practicing knotting, bringing movement to automaticity, and only then proceed with the implementation of a creative project. We need a skein of nylon cord, a metal pendant in the form of a ring or an infinity sign, scissors and a thin needle. We carry out step by step:

  • We cut a cord of nylon into several components: two cuts of 17 centimeters, two more of 50, one - 25 centimeters.
  • We bend a segment in half a meter, we will stretch the resulting loop into the suspension, tightening with the other end. With the second segment we perform similar actions.
  • Take a length of 75 cm, fold in half, laying its center on the cord, which is already tied to the suspension.
  • We turn the right component to the left, and the left, in turn, we wind from above above the right, "diving" into the loop in the direction from top to bottom.
  • We tighten the tight knot, repeating the same maneuver, but in a mirror image. Weave the combination alternately, in the left and in the right direction, to the desired bracelet size.

How to weave macrame baubles

Bauble Knot Macrame

You can end the lesson by tightly tying the ends of the cord. For the convenience of putting on the product, we will separately tie the fastener. We tie a length of 25 centimeters, bend in half, again we knit the knots left and right. With the cords in the center, we can adjust the girth on the wrist, easily removing it.

Extravagant motives

The style is created in detail. Fashion accessories, original details - all this forms a unique image. Exclusive “little things” add to fashionistas not only luxury, original elegance, but also self-confidence. Skillful use of the most ordinary materials in the hands of a talented needlewoman can turn into an extravagant decoration.

A variety of baubles

We offer a master class on creating a fancy accessory from ordinary hex nuts and a cotton rope. Production Algorithm:

  • From the skein we measure out three segments of the same length, backing off five centimeters, we connect the ends together in a tight knot.
  • We start weaving in the form of an ordinary pigtail. Having done a few simple elements, we begin to alternately thread the cords into the hexagons.
  • Before braiding the left strand, we pass the thread into the nut, press it tightly, wrap the strand. Repeat similarly with the right side.

Important!

No matter how thick the threads or cords are, weaving should be tight. So the bauble will hold its shape, and the decor element braided into the pattern will not hang loose, thereby wearing out the base.

  • We repeat the steps, accurately calculating the distance between the elements, distributing the hexagons evenly.
  • We finish braiding again with a pigtail, knot at the ends of the knots and attach a metal fastener.

How to make a bracelet with spikes

An extravagant bauble with hex nuts will decorate not only a female image, but will also become a stylish accessory for a man.

Bauble - a symbol of friendship

After learning art, you can create not only bracelets, but also belts, beautiful necklaces or necklaces.

We offer an interesting workshop “friendship necklaces”. For work, you need a skein of light cotton rope, scissors, several shades of floss. For decor, we will use metal nuts and washers. To facilitate the weaving process, you will need empty reels for winding. We begin to weave a two-tone necklace, choosing a red and lilac shade. Having got used to work, it is possible to use more shades. Getting to the process:

  • We choose two colors of the mouline thread, we wind the thread on the reels. We bind the ends of the threads and the main rope with a durable knot. The length of the working components is impressive, so the end of the future product can be secured with a pin on the sofa or with tape on the table surface.
  • We begin to braid the main thread in red, the lilac component remains in the left hand. We make sure that the rope, which will become the basis, is stretched all the time.
  • We start a red strand by folding a loop directly above the base rope, while the coil “dives” into the loop in the “bottom-up” direction. Pull the coil exactly to the right, then up, gently tightening the element into the knot. We repeat the algorithm until we decide to change the color of the weave.
  • Next, we shift the reel with red threads into the left hand, and take the reel with a new color in the right. We continue a similar repetition of elements, but with a different shade.

Necklaces

The decor, as a rule, is woven in the process of work, but after the end of the process it is possible to hang or sew it on the finished product. A necklace or belt looks thin, stylish, original. The more flowers and tiers you weave, the more interesting the effect will be.

Simple bauble made of beads

Beads are one of the oldest types of decorative jewelry. A scattering of small beads decorated ancient togas, outfits of Egyptian pharaohs and medieval kings. From a simple-looking material in the skillful hands of a master of fenkoplet truly masterpiece products are born, decorating any image.

Baubles made of beads with a floral motif

Small beads with a hole are pliable in work, which is why beadwork is most often used in creating baubles. Before weaving, it is worth learning how to make diagrams. They are very different, from simple variations to complex patterns of intricacies. Introducing the easiest way to weave a bauble and pattern patterns:

  • we collect several beads on a fishing line;
  • we fix the element by threading the end of the line into the previous bead;
  • string the next bead, again threading the line into the bead of the previous row.

How to weave baubles from beads - a simple lesson

This is the easiest way to weave and fix the beads. It remains only to choose the appropriate pattern of the drawing and translate the drawing into a beautiful reality. Another master class of weaving a bracelet from threads and beads:

  1. We choose a strong and bright thread 1.2 meters long, a set of beads, we will prepare scissors, a sewing needle and a small button for a fastener.
  2. Divide the thread into two components 50 and 70 centimeters long. Fold the longer cut in half, apply a shorter cut to it, folding together the ends of all the components. We tie it so that we get a loop, two cuts of 35 centimeters come out of it, and one tip is shorter.
  3. The loop should remain so that a button-fastener “tightens” on it tightly, like a glove, and cut off the remaining tip after that.
  4. Of the three components, we begin to weave the classic “braid”, continuing the pattern with a length of about three centimeters.
  5. We begin to string alternately on the left, then on the right strand of beads, continuing to braid the “braid”.

Tip:

It is important to braid the pattern tightly, adjusting the position of the beads so that they "look" in one direction. Then the work looks symmetrical and neat.

  1. After weaving with beads, we finish the bracelet with a standard braid. We fix the weaving with a strong knot.
  2. We make a fastener from a button. We put it on the ends of the threads, tie a knot, cut off all unnecessary. Putting the bracelet on the hand, we will fasten the button in the loop.

How to weave a bauble from beads

When the work comes to automatism, patterns will begin to be born by themselves, because creativity exists undividedly with fantasy. Beaded baubles sparkling with a noble splendor will become a luxurious addition to a business woman along with a light romantic sundress or an elegant evening dress for a social event.

Exclusive handmade bracelets

Bright, touching tender, original and stylish baubles are not just a decoration, but a real symbol of friendship, a way to silently express sincerity and depth of feelings. Bold experiments, the desire to create an exclusive author's masterpiece will help a beginner to decide on the choice of materials, draw up a weaving pattern, surprise the creative world with a new design solution.

Bright bracelets perfectly complement the look in the style of boho

It is believed that such bracelets are not sold, but only given to people dear to their hearts. Many fenkoplet believe that such a decoration can fulfill any cherished desire, you just need to think about it properly in the process. There are many ways to weave baubles. Feel free to use the ready-made master classes to teach new art, because in the future your ideas will help beginners.

Are you asking how to weave baubles from floss thread for beginners? Everything is very simple. A bauble is a handmade bracelet woven of thread mouline thread with your own hands. If you want to become the happy owner of such a product, you can either buy this accessory through the online store (you can hardly find it in a regular supermarket) or weave baubles from floss thread according to the scheme that we will provide you below. It is not difficult to make a bauble from a mouline thread with your own hands, the main thing is to follow the instructions and weaving patterns.

What is a bauble and how to weave it from a floss beginners? Fenichka is, above all, a symbol of friendship. The history of jewelry originates from the Indians from North America. The Indians wore a bauble made of thread floss donated by someone as a symbol of love or friendship until it was completely frayed. People wore this jewelry as gratitude for the attention and work that was put into by a friend while weaving the product. They shot a bauble only if the friendship ended. Later, the tradition of the Indians passed to the American hippies, for whom the exchange of baubles was a symbol of fraternization. They also used the same baubles as wedding rings. Sometimes, bead rings were also made. Over time, jewelry itself came to the forefront, and fraternization was a self-evident phenomenon. You can also learn how to weave do it yourself

In addition, the colors of the threads in the mouline thread, which are used in the manufacture of baubles for beginners, also have their important value. So, a multi-colored bauble made of threads symbolizes the variety of addictions of its owner.

Now for ordinary people, a bauble is just an ornament. Do-it-yourself weaving of baubles from mouline thread can be attributed to a special kind of macrame. Moreover, there are a large number of styles and types of weaving baubles. But, in any case, weaving training should begin with a study of the main nodes. Knowledge of these nodes will allow you to read the patterns of baubles from floss threads.

Consider a simple scheme of baubles made of mouline thread, it uses only two colors of thread. The arrows indicate the sequence of direction of the thread of a particular color. If you manage to complete this procedure, then it should be repeated several times to fully consolidate skills and master the technique of weaving baubles. This is very important also because the whole weaving process is built on these simple manipulations. And so let's move on to simple patterns of weaving thread from floss.

Simple mouline baubles

The scheme of weaving knots from floss thread for beginners.

An important issue is also the issue of securing weaving threads. There are several ways to do this. In any case, for fastening you will need the following clip.

You can attach the threads with a paper clip to the book. Previously, the thread is laid out in the order in which they go in the pattern.
You can also fix the floss, disassembled by color, using the clip on the tablet.
Another method of attachment is to use pins. Knotted threads can be attached with a pin to any item, be it jeans or a pillow. You can also use electrical tape and attach the threads to the table.
We will analyze the easiest way to weave baubles from floss thread for beginners - direct weaving.

Scheme of direct weaving baubles made of floss

  • Bent together the threads are bent in half, and on top we make a loop. This beginning of weaving is extremely convenient for the direct method of weaving, the manufacture of the product.

  • At the beginning of the loop, we tie the leading thread.

  • Nodules begin to braid the threads until a loop is obtained.

  • Then we tie the rest of the threads according to the scheme below until a pattern is obtained. Moreover, in the pattern, the leading thread needs to braid all the other threads. Thus, the background color is the color of the leading thread.

To finish the scheme of direct weaving of a bauble from floss thread should be braiding pigtails on both sides. In the place where the fastener will be located, one more thread will be required. And to temporarily fix the braids, you can use either adhesive tape or other threads of a different color. After the pigtails, you need to connect and fasten, and under them skip the bright thread.

Then it should be braided with a bright thread of pigtails using a square knot of weaving. Moreover, you should not tighten the knots strongly, pigtails should be easy to move. Consider the patterns of weaving thread floss square knot.

Patterns of weaving thread floss square knot

Square Knot Weave

In the end, you should get a product similar to the one shown below.

At the end of work, it is necessary to tie a double or triple knot. The ends of the threads are trimmed and fixed with varnish to avoid fringe. Temporary threads are removed.

When weaving baubles from floss with your own hands for the first time, it is advisable to repeat each action more than once, even successfully master the entire process of weaving baubles.
In order to make a fastener on baubles from a mouline thread, you need to fix the threads in a certain way. Consider the general mounting method below.

The method of attaching the threads to the buckle is as follows.

The diagram below shows the direct weaving of a bauble. After finishing work, so that the knots do not open, the threads should be tied in pairs. The ends of the threads need to be turned inside out and sew there with small stitches of thread matching in color.
After the product is stitched half a centimeter, the loose ends of the threads are cut. The length of the baubles should be less than the grip of the wrist by about two centimeters.
From thin and soft leather you need to cut two straps with a width equal to the width of a bauble. Sew them from the inside in such a way as to close the ends of the sewn threads with them.

After the straps, they sew on the front side. As a result, the end of the baubles is sewn between the straps. A hole is pierced in the right place.
The finished product is shown in the figure below.

There are a large number of patterns of weaving from floss threads. Direct weaving patterns are presented below. Nodes must be made at corners and turning points.

Our article will certainly help you learn how to weave baubles from floss thread with your own hands. Both simple and complex. Here you can find original and beautiful patterns for weaving baubles from floss threads. Here are such about how to weave a bauble from a mouline thread yourself.

Video how to weave baubles from floss thread

According to the scheme. It is thanks to the schemes that you can create real masterpieces: bracelets with names and many other interesting things. But how to work with them? How to read? And how not to get confused in the notation?

What should be considered during training?

The main thing you should pay attention to is the choice of material with which you plan to work later. For example, it can be beads, mouline thread, twine, satin ribbons, colored rubber bands, etc. Accordingly, each type of material provides its own subtleties and features of weaving, as well as patterns. Therefore, before you start to learn one way or another, select the material.

What you need to know when weaving baubles from threads?

Suppose you have chosen What is next? And how to weave baubles from colored threads? Next, you need to study what are the nodes in weaving, since the creation is based on them.

The main nodes in the mouline thread: node number 1

The node number 1 on the diagram looks like a cross with an arrow and a pointer down. It is deciphered as follows: you have two working threads of different colors (for example, yellow and orange); you take the thread that is located to your left and bends it to the other side, holding the formed triangle with your finger; Pull the end of the bent thread straight and tie a knot. Then repeat the same procedure a second time.

If you know the decoding of the symbols and the actions associated with them, you can easily figure out how to weave baubles according to the pattern.

Weave of thread the main node number 2

Node 2 can be schematically depicted as a cross, inside of which there is a circle with an arrow indicating the direction - left down. This designation is deciphered as follows: before you again two colored working threads; this time you take the one on the right side, put it on the other; Thread the end into an impromptu ring and tie a knot. The second node runs on a similar system.

We understand the schemes: the main node number 3

Node 3 in the diagrams is depicted as a cross with a circle inside which there is an arrow (it shows the direction to the right and down). Before weaving baubles with such a knot correctly, pay attention to the position of the arrow in the center of the circle. Look where she points.

Such a knot works according to the following principle: you take the thread that lies on the right and pass it under another; tie a knot; repeat all the same actions again.

How to weave baubles according to the pattern: knot No. 4

The fourth node is usually schematically depicted as a cross and a circle with an arrow pointing left and down. This picture is decrypted as follows: the working thread to your left is laid on top of the other remaining; the end of the thread is pulled into a ringlet, and the knot is tied. The second time you already put the same working thread under the bottom of another and tie it in a knot in the same way.

weaving baubles?

Before weaving baubles in stages and according to the scheme, you need to find out one interesting nuance. As it turned out, bracelets can be made both in full and in part cycles. So, if the full cycle image is supposed on the diagram, then all the colors of such a bauble are arranged sequentially on both sides of the product.

If the scheme provides for an incomplete weaving cycle, then in the photo you will see a complete discrepancy in the color of the threads on the left and right.

Paired and unpaired weaving

Want to learn how to weave beautiful bracelets? Not sure how to weave baubles according to the pattern? Read our useful tips - and you will immediately become clear. So, in the diagrams you can often see that when weaving, a pair and unpaired number of threads or ribbons are used. For example, you can have 5 gray and 5 black threads or ribbons, 4 white and 4 red. This weaving will be paired. In unpaired, the number of working threads may not coincide. For example, you may have 5 red and 7 white threads.

How to weave bracelets with inscriptions?

Many craftswomen and masters of one of their first works are trying to make a decoration with a name or inscription. Is it hard to do this? In general, no. However, the creation of such bracelets involves working with a large number of threads in which it is easy for beginners to get confused.

Before weaving baubles with inscriptions, it is worthwhile to find a suitable pattern and calculate the exact number of threads needed to create the product. To do this, you need to count the number of cells in the first vertical column in the diagram. For example, they turned 8. This means that for weaving you will need exactly 8 threads.

In addition, it is worth considering the fact that the pattern or inscription on the bracelet involves the use of two types of threads or ribbons: one of them is used to create the background, and the second is used for the inscription or pattern. In this case, the length of the secondary thread or tape should not be large (50 cm is enough), and the background length is 2-3 times longer than the expected length of the product. Note that to create a background you will need a large number of threads. Therefore, it is better to take a whole skein. As a result, one leading thread and 6-8 background threads should be obtained. What else do you need to know before weaving baubles with inscriptions?

What else needs to be done before weaving baubles with an inscription?

Before starting the work itself, you need to make some simple mathematical calculations. This must be done not only so that the bracelet finally fits on your hand, but also in order to correctly place the inscription on the product.

To make your task easier, you should write the intended name or inscription on a sheet of paper in a cage. Next, pay attention to how many cells it occupies. For example, you get 30 cells, which equates to 30 rows. The approximate density of weaving your product will be 1 cm bracelet - 5 rows. Consequently, 30 rows have a density of 6 cm (30/5).

Then we measure the volume of the wrist. Suppose it corresponds to 15 cm. This means that with a length of 15 cm for a bauble with a text length of 6 cm (15 - 6 \u003d 9), you need to make 9 cm of the main background. If we divide this number into two, we get 4.5 cm on each side. Next, multiply the resulting value by 5 and get the number of rows for the background (4.5 x 5 \u003d 22.5 cm). And only under these conditions, the inscription will be in the middle of the decoration. We talk about how to make simple baubles.

How to make simple baubles?

It is always better to start with simple products, which in the future will allow you to quickly master the more complex weaving technique. So, if you want to make a simple bracelet, then it is best for you. To do this, take an even number of threads or ribbons and divide them in pairs by color. For example, in the middle there will be two blue threads or ribbons, followed by two orange (one on one, the other on the other side), the next two green, then two violet, two orange and two red.

Take the first and second threads and, using the knot technique, tie both threads together. Repeat the same movement again with the same threads, and then with the last two (this time the movement with the nodes will be in mirror image). After that, repeat the same procedure with the remaining threads or ribbons. If you work with the scheme correctly, you should get a herringbone pattern.

How can I make round baubles?

If you still do not know how to weave round baubles, we will tell you. The most difficult is considered to be straight and round weaving, requiring a certain experience. For example, in order to make a product using braided wire (round), you need to select a pattern and prepare the threads (their length should be three times the length that is reserved for the bauble itself).

In this case, the simplest version of such weaving is based on work with four threads; for example, it can be two red and two white or multi-colored. Such weaving is carried out strictly according to the scheme: turn the threads to the sides and tie the two extreme ones; then put the first on the second and tie; second to third, next to fourth and then repeat in a circle.

In a word, understanding the schemes is not so difficult. The main thing is to know general concepts and notation!

If someone wants to learn how to weave baubles from a floss, then first for beginners it is worth mastering the technique of creating “masterpieces” of 2, 3, 4, 6 threads. At the same time, it is necessary to learn to “read” ready-made patterns of various jewelry from threads and, of course, to practice in this matter.

Thread fixing methods

First, fix the threads in any of 4 ways:

  • Wide clip on a cardboard, book or notebook.
  • An ordinary pin, tying knots on it, and then attaching it to a pillow or any fabric.
  • Adhesive tape to a table or other hard surface.
  • Using a special tablet with a clip (sold in stores).

It should be remembered that the threads when fastening must be arranged according to the color scheme of weaving. When the floss is securely fixed, begin to study the main nodes.

The technique of performing the main nodes

When weaving baubles, only four basic nodes are used:

Baubles are very simple if you follow the weaving technique.

Bauble of 2 threads

The simplest bracelet can be weaved from two threads.

To make it easier to navigate and not to confuse the sequence of steps, use 2 colors of the mouline thread, for example, red and blue:

After we learned how to weave baubles from a mouline thread with two threads, we can proceed to complicated schemes. For beginners, it is worthwhile to master the manufacture of baubles with a pigtail from a different number of threads.

Pigtail of 4 threads or another even number

Weaving baubles with a pigtail of an even number and an odd number has slight differences.

First, it matters to disassemble the pigtail scheme of 4 threads:

For a pigtail of 6 threads, the knitting sequence is the same as for 4:

The principle of weaving an article from an even number of fibers is as follows: the leftmost mouline fibers are laid to the right, first above the next fiber, and then under the next. And the rightmost fiber, on the contrary, is first shifted to the left under the next fiber, only then over the other. Such weaving is used in the manufacture of baskets from vines.

Pigtail of 3 threads or another odd number

The easiest way to make a bauble is to weave a braid of 3 threads.

To do this, take 3 threads (you can have different colors):

Weaving decoration of 7 threads:

The principle of weaving baubles with a pigtail of an odd number of fibers is that the left and right extreme threads are always first shifted in the opposite direction above the first nearest fiber, and then under the next two fibers.

Direct weaving instruction

One of the popular ways to make baubles is direct weaving. With its help, interesting drawings, patterns, names and paintings are obtained. Direct weaving is a bit more complicated than an oblique one. However, this technique will more fully reveal the topic of how to weave baubles from a floss for beginners. Separate one thread for the background and others for a specific pattern.

At the beginning of the work, all the other threads are tied to one and the other side with an extreme leading thread. It turns out like a zigzag. This is the background color.

When knitting a pattern, its thread binds the leading thread and goes in the other direction, while the leading thread is free.

It’s best to start with a simple two-color drawing:

In the technique of oblique weaving baubles from a mouline thread the same basic left and right knots are used.

Oblique weave instruction

Oblique weaving is considered classic. It most easily reveals the question of how to weave baubles from a floss for beginners. There are 2 options for oblique weaving.

First option

This weaving includes only one base knot - the main left or the main right. This knot is repeated in all rows until the end of the product. For clarity, it is worth considering oblique weaving with the main left knot. Take 2 threads, for example pink and blue, 100 cm long.

Weaving:

Second option

A bauble arrow or “to the corner”, it is also “braid”. In this version of oblique weaving, both main nodes are used - left and right. The result is an arrow-shaped pattern.

Weaving:

  1. Fasten with a paper clip on the book the connected ends of six threads of 3 colors. The colors are arranged in the following sequence: 2 blue at the edges, then 2 red and 2 yellow floss threads.
  2. With the left extreme thread (blue), the red and yellow threads on the left are braided sequentially with the left main knot. The right extreme (blue) is tied with the right main knot to the right red and yellow threads. Knit together two blue threads with the left or right main knot. Now the blue fibers have become central, and the red ones have become extreme.
  3. Repeat all the actions, as in paragraph B, only the extreme leading fibers of red color. After this step, the red fibers become central.
  4. With the left extreme yellow thread, two threads on the left, blue and red, are knitted with the left main knot. The right extreme yellow thread is tied with two threads to the right of blue and red. Yellow threads are centered between each other with a left or right main knot.

So sequentially knit a bauble to the required length. At the end, a regular knot is tied, removed from the base. Connect the ends of the baubles to each other, the excess material is carefully cut. On the bauble we got a pattern in the form of an arrow.

Two-color weaving

Take an even number of meter threads of floss, 4 blue and 4 pink:

This option of two-color weaving from mouline thread is very easy, because there is no need to count the number of nodules. Bauble turns dense. It can be used as a watchband.

How to weave baubles with names

Before you start weaving baubles with a name, make up a diagram. To do this, on the sheet in the box enter all the letters of the required name from the proposed letter patterns on the Internet.

A cell corresponds to one nodule.

Weaving:

Patterned bracelet

When some skills in how to weave baubles from a floss for beginners are acquired, they begin to develop more complicated patterns of weaving.

First, you can make a bracelet with a simple pattern, for example, two-tone with hearts:

  1. Learn the weaving pattern.
  2. Take 4 threads of red and black, 1 meter long. Depart from the end of 8 cm and tie a knot.
  3. Fasten the short part with a wide clamp on a flat surface. Lay out the fibers in colors, as shown in the diagram.
  4. The weaving is doubles. In the first row, the left half knot is performed with the first black and second red threads. The black thread is put in the left corner over the red thread, put inside the corner and tighten the knot. Then the black thread is placed in the right corner over the red thread, put inside the corner and tighten the knot. A couple lay aside.
  5. The second pair, black and red threads, are woven with the left knot (as indicated in the diagram). Lay the pair aside.
  6. The third pair of red and black threads is woven according to the scheme with the right knot and also set aside.
  7. The fourth pair of red and black threads according to the scheme is performed by the right half knot.
  8. Row 2. The black outermost threads on the left and right are removed to the side. They are not weaved, as in subsequent even rows of baubles. Red threads 2 and 3 are knitted with a left knot and set aside.
  9. Black fibers 4 and 5 are knitted with the left knot and set aside.
  10. Red fibers 6 and 7 are knitted with the right knot and set aside.
  11. Row 3. Knit also start from left to right. The first black and second red threads are knitted with the right knot and laid aside.
  12. Red 3 and black 4 are knitted with a left knot and left.
  13. Black 5 and red 6 are tied with the right knot and set aside.
  14. Red 7 and black 8 are woven with a left knot, set aside.

Methods of weaving with rhinestones and beads

Any bauble will look spectacular if you decorate it additionally with beads or rhinestones. The easiest way is to sew beads or rhinestones with matching thread colors to the finished bauble as your imagination allows.
The second method weaves the beads in the process of making baubles flat knot. As a basis, take 2 threads of the same color as 2 leading threads.
